I have deleted celonis account by mistake and I can't recreate my account with my working email because the sign up email kept telling me that I have an account at celonis but I can't log in because the account is already deleted

The best way to tackle this problem is to contact Celonis support by shooting in a support ticket. Here is the link Flow (celopeers.com).

 

I would state your work email in the ticket so that they can trace your problem more accurately and help you!
