Achieved P2P and AP integration through the concept of MultiEvent Log. Now we have multiple activities and case table. Since we have multiple case tables how do we get the total number of cases in the Integration model?

On top of the analysis we see the total number of cases that went through P2P -> AP.When there are multiple case tables why tool is considering AP_BSEG case table for its total volume of cases?

Any of you have 'play' with the Task Mining Quickstart - Workforce Productivity? I have tried with the template button, and I get a white browser page.

Any of you have "play" with the Task Mining Quickstart - Workforce Productivity? I have tried with the template button, and I get a white browser page. In the other hand, I have tried also with the create from the scratch, following the instructions, but the client in the PC seems not to be able to upload the data to the server.That is, at the end, I was not able to test any Task Mining functionallitily :(

In my analysis filter I need a range over three month exactly.With this formular I get the last day of the preceding month:ADD_DAYS(ROUND_MONTH(TODAY()), -1) Today: 07.06.2021 Result: 31.05.2021This is the secound part of the BETWEEN order.Now I'm searching for the first formular in the BETWEEN ordersImilar to VBA: DateSerial(YEAR(Date()),MONTH(Date())-3,1)Is there a chance?

Are you experiencing issues when accessing snap URL? For instance, I'm not able to see the menu/bar at the right, and when trying to access some features, I get 403 page errors :(

Measure throughput time between PR received and PO sent to supplier for happy path and non-happy path over time (month)

Hi there, I would like to ask for you feedback to do the following: I would like to measure the median throughput time over time (per month) in two different column charts. Happy Path column chartThe first chart should display the median throughput time from "PR received" to "PO sent to supplier" where "PR received" is directly followed by "PO sent to supplier" (Happy path). The result should be displayed in a column chart: January - 20h, February - 23h, March - 18h etc. Non-happy path column chartThe second column chart should display the throughput time for all PR that didn't follow the happy path. This includes all PR request that did not go straight to "PO send to supplier", but had other activitites in between. The result should be displayed in a column chart: January - 40h, February - 46h, March - 36h etc. I am currently managing to get to the numbers seperately, but not displayed over time (per month) in two different column

Receive an Error Durring Uploading (Number of Fields Does Not Match Schema) when I upload a CSV - need help

I am trying to upload a CSV into my Celonis Snap, but when I upload it, I get a processing error that the "Number of fields does not match schema". Does anyone know why this is happening? I converted all of the columns to strings but did not help.

Problem uploading a SAP AP file to Snap

Hi all, I have a problem uploading the BKPF.CSV file to SAP AP using the Quickstart option of SNAP. The file was generated with the extractor requested to the SNAP tech team. The message is: "The file cannot be matched to any of the required tables. Please make sure that the file name starts with the table name"SNAP_ticket_130414.pdf (288.9 KB) Attached is a file with screen captures Any hint? Thanks for your help. Luis

Dynamic filtering issue

Hi! Four days ago, about Oct, 22th, I found a undesired behavior on Celonis Snap: everytime I select a filter condition by clicking on visual components, the below error message is shown: Syntax error near [AS] after reading [FILTER DOMAIN. If I select the same filter conditions by clicking on Add new selection buttom It works.

Create your Eventlog from your tables: quick and easy

The Snap team is always trying to improve the user experience of our users and simplify Process Mining in order to allow them to analyse more processes. In the past two weeks the only thing we could think of was: what if we could develop a feature that allowed our users to generate their Event Logs from raw data in an easy and intuitive way? This would eliminate the frustration of our users that they dont know what an event log is and where to find it. For instance, lets have a look on the data coming from a Service Desk Application and how can we generate an Event Log. Most of the times such applications consist of two main tables the Tickets and Ticket changes. Tickets table consists of columns such as: ID, Created at, Updated at, Commented at, User and Category. Tickets changes table consists of columns such as: ID, Status changed at, Assigned at, Deleted at, Department etc. So if we had a feature that would automatically convert these tables into an Event Log then it would l

Snap : change team name

Hi all, How to change the team name on Snap? I saw under Team settings > Settings that it is possible to change the team name but it always roll back the change. In fact I have a team with my personnal name and I want to change it with my enterprise name. Could anyone help? Thanks Nico
