Hi all, I have a problem uploading the BKPF.CSV file to SAP AP using the Quickstart option of SNAP. The file was generated with the extractor requested to the SNAP tech team. The message is: "The file cannot be matched to any of the required tables. Hello, I would like to know when the Ui Path System connection is again available? A few weeks ago there was the possibility to connect Ui Path in Celonis Snap, but now there is no connection anymore possible?

Hi! Four days ago, about Oct, 22th, I found a undesired behavior on Celonis Snap: everytime I select a filter condition by clicking on visual components, the below error message is shown: Syntax error near [AS] after reading [FILTER DOMAIN. If I select the same filter conditions by clicking on Add new selection buttom It works.

The Snap team is always trying to improve the user experience of our users and simplify Process Mining in order to allow them to analyse more processes. In the past two weeks the only thing we could think of was: what if we could develop a feature that allowed our users to generate their Event Logs from raw data in an easy and intuitive way? This would eliminate the frustration of our users that they dont know what an event log is and where to find it. For instance, lets have a look on the data coming from a Service Desk Application and how can we generate an Event Log. Most of the times such applications consist of two main tables the Tickets and Ticket changes. Tickets table consists of columns such as: ID, Created at, Updated at, Commented at, User and Category. Tickets changes table consists of columns such as: ID, Status changed at, Assigned at, Deleted at, Department etc.

Hi all, How to change the team name on Snap? I saw under Team settings > Settings that it is possible to change the team name but it always roll back the change. In fact I have a team with my personnal name and I want to change it with my enterprise name. Could anyone help? Thanks Nico

Hi all, Currently we have an IBC license with a couple of processes. However, it would be very useful for us to have a place to sandbox new ideas and use cases, also for other business units. Unfortunately the IBC license has no room for that, but luckily we have Celonis Snap. The only problem there is that security is not very happy with the lack of user and data control. We are curious how other companies deal with this issue. For us, it would be very helpful to have a hybrid solution in the future. In this case, every IBC user automatically has a Snap instance, with the user management and audit tools from the IBC for instance. How do platform updates affect previous versions of the software?, or if have an Analyzed process in place on a lower version of the software and then i upgrade the software, will my process works smoothly on new version also?, or do i need to make changes to the modeled process ?

What if i create subsequent/multiple versions of the process in the platform and wants to retrieve previous versions, how can i access it ?, where are they stored?

Dear Celonis community, Is it possible to define custom KPIs in the process graphs nodes? E.g. I imported an event log containing a column with numeric values (price) but I cant find an option to display them instead of the case frequencies. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Daniel

I like to know how Celonis can be used for Master Data Analysis in a multi SAP ECC sytems for building the Master data archietcture stratgey. Looking for Master data foot print such as unique master data across the systems and duplicate master data acroos systems.

I would like to upload CSV data to SNAP workspace account of mine. I want to do it in an automated way. If there is REST API, i can do it. Is this possible? If so can anyone point me to the documentation to achieve this?
