I just set up a free account. I am an admin in the account.

I created a data pool and then when I click on “Connect to data source” it flashes the dialog box with the connection options for a second and then the screen switches to a 403 error - “oops you’re not supposed to be here”

I checked the permissions on the data pool and the correct permissions are set.

I checked the permissions for the the user (an Admin) and all is correct.

I searched the community but did not see a match.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

A 403 error indicates that you do not have the required permissions to view these details. This can also occur if the account being used is a free account and does not have access to the feature you are trying to use. Please raise a ticket with Celonis Support to request the necessary access.

Thanks Abhishek,

I di open a ticket but it still seems odd that a free account would allow the uploading of data by default.
To provide a bit more context, here are the permissions for the data pool:

Hi Team,

Same scenario and issue. Any fix ?

set up a free account as admin account.

created a data pool and click on “Connect to data source” it flashes the dialog box with the connection options for a second and then the screen switches to a 403 error - “oops you’re not supposed to be here”

Granted all permissions

Still getting below message

403

Oops, you're not supposed to be here!

You were probably trying to do something for which you are missing permissions.
