Export analysis via PyCelonis with CPM4.4

I have a question regarding the usage of PyCelonis for a single user account with Celonis 4.4. In the documentation it says that PyCelonis allows for a connection with the IBC and CPM4.5.Are there other options for the single user license to extract the analysis details in python?

Count if the instances of Activity A are followed by other activity within a particular scope

Hi Team, We are trying to identify and associate flag to a particular activity based on whether there were some other set of activities post it or not till the next instance of the activity. So for example we want to associate a flag to Activity A if in a case journey activity B, C, D or E are occuring any time between the next occurence of Activity A within the case. We intend to track this for each instance of activity A taking place within a case and associate a flag whether the activities B,C, D or E took place or not in an OLAP table. We are looking for any way in which we can set the scope from the instance of activity A taking place till its next instance and check within this scope whether the other activities took place. Strange Results in Ratio KPI

Hello,ive the following issue:The PQL Formula Ratio of Cases flowing through a dedicated activity is used to determine the % of cases that do contain activity Remove Delivery Block. Putting this formula into a number element - works fine. Shows 20%.The same 20% appears when the activity Remove Delivery Block is marked in the process explorer.In my example i have 340 cases, where 68 do have Remove Delivery Block.The 340 cases to have 4389 activities in total, the 68 cases having the acitvity Remove Delivery Block do have 1229 activities.If the KPI Ratio is put into an OLAP Table and shown with dimensions like Company or Sales Org the Ratio moves from 20% to 28%. I figured out that the formula is changing from a case % (68 out of 340) to an activity related calculation (1229 out of 4389) - this does always happen if any characteristic that is joined to the activity table is shown in the OLAP Table.In addition - the same applies - the other way around if sum(vbap.net_order_value) is takin

Count of distinct & non distinct

Hello Everyone,I need some assistance on the below.Im using a table(Tab1) with 2 million records. Im looking for Purchasing Document Number (EBELN) which has more than 1 entry and i need the count of Unique Document Numbers and the count of Documents having more than 1 entry.Im using the below Case statementCASE WHEN COUNT (DISTINCT Tab1. EBELN) > 1 THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 ENDthis gives me 1 if the record is unique and 0 if not unique.I need the total count of uniques & non uniques. When i try the below im getting an error saying Aggregate expressions cannot be nested.SUM ( CASE WHEN COUNT (DISTINCT Tab1. CALC_CROP for multiple activities

Hello everyone,i was wondering whether CALC_CROP functions with PU_FIRST or PU_LAST.what I want is to count a number of specific activities between the process start to one of the other activities (whichever of them comes first);so i would like to use smth likePU_COUNT(CASES, ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY,ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY IN (A,B,C,D) ANDCALC_CROP(CASE_START TO PU_FIRST(CASES,ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY, ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY IN (E;F;G)), ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY)=1))however it doesnt work. How to calculate number of cases that repeat an activity

Hi!Im trying to calculate how many cases have a certain activity less or more than X times, etc.I have this table A which shows number of cases that have a certain activity, and total sum of this activity. As you can see, the activity is repeated many times in a few cases.I want to separate in ranges, Im using this formula but I get the total number of activities and not the number of cases. Troughput between repeating activities A and B

Hello everyone,I have 2 activities, A and B and I would like to calculate the throughput between them. It can happen, that A and B appear multiple times but B always appear after A;so I am interesten in the pairwise calculation of the throughput time (and average of that).Example:F-A(1)-C-B(1)-A(2)-B(2)-N-A(3);In this case I need the average time between A(1)-B(1) and A(2)-B(2).any ideas?Best,Maria

Could not locate column

Hello, I am getting the error message could not locate column in table while reloading the data model. However, the column is in the view, I have checked if I am using the correct source table and if the columns are synchronized (all ok). What else could be the root cause of this error? Thank you. Event Collection: Slow Extraction Config using Sybase

Dear Celonis Team, were currently working on connecting a Sybase ASE database via the IBC Uplink Connector. Weve noticed, that the configuration of the tables in the extraction in some times takes ages. In the extraction configuration, clicking on a large table with lots of rows the settings pane for that table (like filter settings and column selection) takes minutes to load or doesnt load at all. Turning on the Debug Mode for the extraction reveals why that is. Display UST to CST

Hi Team,This is my first post. Please let me know if this is not the place to post a question like this. I need help with a statement.I want to know how I can convert this statement: max("_CEL_AR_ACTIVITIES"."_CELONIS_CHANGE_DATE") to a timestamp in CST. I have put this in a text component.The statement above works, but I have to keep telling my users that take that time and minus 5 hours. It always causes my team to break for a second and do that math, :).I would like it if I can just have it converted to CST if possible. Thanks in advance.Paresh

Pricing in O2C / SAP SD / KOMV - pulling a structure from SAP to IBC possible?

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to Celonis. We have the O2C process loaded (SAP ECC), with, as I understand, more or less standard activities defined. Now, one of the business stakeholders asked me if we can add pricing data. In particular he would like to have the data from Conditions tab of the Display item details: Active / Condition type / amount and so on. As far as I can see the data there is coming from KOMV, which is a so called structure. Do I understand correctly that loading such a structure directly to IBC is not possible? Or is there a way? Input Variable in Celonis (PQL)

Create Data jobs only with File uploads without Data connection

Hello, i have uploaded the input data through File uploads option within my data pool and i havent connected to any Database / connectors. Now when i created a data job and tried to do extraction task, it requires a data connection to do extraction. My question is how to do extraction task with just file uploads and not a data connection setup? is it even possible ? or do i need import the data to a database and do the extraction? please help

PU_COUNT_DISTINCT - No Common parent between tables could be found

Hello,Im looking for an solution for this challenge:We have 3 SAP ERP TablesVTTK (Shipments)VTTP (Shipment Items)LIKP (Deliveries)LIPS (Delivery Items)VTTK is linked 1:N with VTTPVTTP is linked 1:1 with LIKPLIKP is linked 1:N with LIPSI want to count the distinct material numbers per shipment.Count per delivery works fine: PU_COUNT_DISTINCT(LIKP, "LIPS"."MATNR")But I need it per shipment for further calculating KPIs, like this:PU_COUNT_DISTINCT(VTTK, "LIPS"."MATNR")Here I get the following error:No common parent between tables could be found - Please check your schema. The tables VTTK und LIPS do not have a common parent in the schemaWithin the help I found the BIND function.
