Connect SAP SRM - Data Model issue

Dear all, We currently face an issue creating the data model for SAP SRM. We want to analyse the approval workflow for shopping carts in SAP SRM. Using tables like: CRMD_ORDERADM_H /SAPSRM/D_WF_000 /SAPSRM/D_WF_003 /SAPSRM/D_WF_008 /SAPSRM/D_WF_013 We currently cannot determine the right timestamp for each approval step. Therefore my question if somebody already implemented that topic to Celonis and wants to share the experience with the data model for SAP SRM. Thank you Matthias

Hi Matthias, have you tried to use column WI_CD and W_CT from table SWWWIHEAD? Best regards, Viana

HI Viana, Thanks for your quick answer. We finally found the solution on Friday: Using SAP SRM with approval on header level following tables are necessary: CRMD_ORDERADM_H /SAPSRM/D_WF_000 /SAPSRM/D_WF_003 /SAPSRM/D_WF_004 /SAPSRM/D_WF_013 If you approve on item level the tables 005 -008 are in addition necessary. I am beginning a similar journey to connect our SRM data to the ECC P2P data. I am curious how you data connection is establish, whether a DB connector, or something more integrated with SAP. Hopefully your solution has worked for you. Any information would be appreciated. Thank, Alex
