Hi guys, I'm currently using the connector Order to Cash Navision and I'm facing some issues by the data load. I customized my own demo version. Do you have any restrictions related to the table's size?

Please see error message:

Data model load failed during table export: Data model tables: Quote_Header_xlsx_Quote_Header, Customer_xlsx_Customer contain more rows than the allowed maximum per table of 0. Please reduce the number of rows.

 

Both tables are not bigger as the case table, so I cannot understand why the number of rows should be an issue.

Hi @1460042942 - that is strange. Some diagnostic questions:

 

  • are you working in a Snap team, a Sandbox team, or a Productive team?
  • did you add these tables before or after adding the cases / activities table? If you added them after, how long after?

 

This error message is usually an indication that a limit on the number of records allowed per table has been set on the back-end. I would reach out to servicedesk@celonis.com for further assistance here.
