Hi! I'm working with Celonis task mining, capturing data with filter by applications and URL, I have two different users, one can capture the URL and the other cannot. What could be the problem? Would it be firewall?

We have a corporate client, and they do not want the user to follow the download link... they want to force / manually install the task mining agent and make it active on the desktop. And that task mining agent needs to be linked to the correct corporate analysis platform.

Hello everybody.Two weeks ago I signed up for Training-Celonis-Cloud to successfully perform the exercises. Since yesterday I have not been able to access to the system (the log error is "Email or password are incorrect.". Although the credentials are correct).I tried to re-enter the new password with the "Forgot password" function but the error persists. Do you know the reason? Thanks. 

Hi. There is a webhook error when I duplicated an existing Action Flow. I duplicated Action Flow A to B, then I added a new webhook to B and tried to save it, but the following exception occurred.Am I doing something wrong? 

For example, in P2P data model we connect EKPO and EKKO using foreign key relationship, but then also we mention that in data jobs while creating EKKO. So my question is why we are doing the double work here? Also what is going to happen if I do not connect two tables that are required to be connected in the data model ?

This is a question about Action Flow and Skill.In my company, it is not allowed to give Microsoft or Gmail permissions to Celonis, which means I can't use Microsoft 365 Mail (or any other Microsoft module) and Gmail in Action Flow. So I'm trying to generate csv files in Action Flow, pass them to Skill and send them via Celonis e-mail address. Could you please tell me how to pass the csv file from Action Flow to Skill?Thanks. Regards,Chen

How can I display costs of activities in the variant explorer or process explorer?

Hi, all I have a button dropdown with settings: load entries, write to variable 'a'. I want to use this to do a dynamic analysis with a table. I set the component filter of the table as below: FILTER "table"."column" = <%=a%>But it doesn't work and give me an error message about this component filter. I am thinking if i have overlooked any settings of component filters...Anyone who has used component filter before and have any idea about this issue would be more than appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I want to benchmark/compare based on vendor, country and city. Is there any way I can get that in a single bitton dropdown instead of using 3 different button dropdowns. I want to achieve this in cascade, like if I select vendor I should see the option to select country and city values. Thank you​

Hi, I have a table with numbers and ratios in it. And I also have a dropdown list. I want to use the dropdown list to filter the table. And for ratios, I want those sum up to 100% even after filter. I tried to use variables in the component filter to do so, but it doesn't work. Any great ideas would be appreciate.

Hi,  I would like to extract a BPMN model from my Event Log but want to include additional attributes (like user role that is related to the activity, application in which the specific activity takes place, etc.) in order to generate a complete model of the process.  Is this possible, or can you only extract a simple BPMN model with the activities and connections?  Thanks in advance!

Hello. Although the Tranformation Scripts create Activity names in German and English, only the english expressions for the activities are shown throughout the analysis (process explorer etc.)How to change the visual labels to German? thanks a lot, Marco

Hi there,I am looking for an efficient way to reduce the size of my data model: I already reduced the time period of the ingested data. As a second step I want to get rid of some unused table columns. To identify unused table columns I thought about doing the following:Export a .txt documentation of each analysis, then search for a specific table (ctrl+f) (i.e. LIPS) and document which columns are really in use in this analysis. I do this with all analyses and then I know which columns I can exclude in the extractions because they are not used anywhere.  It's not as much manual work as it sounds but still a lot. Do you know a better way to do this? How do you avoid such work in the future? Is there a standard procedure how to handle this problem or not run into it in the first place?  Thanks for your helpDaniel
