Process Analysis

Hi everyone I need to add 3 kpi’s together (new views) each with their own filters. Here is an example of one. How can I add these KPIs together without having to build these filters into my PQL. If you save the  KPI it does not save the filters with it. Can I maybe let it write to a variable with the filters? Or is the only way building the filters into the PQL with Case when or PU function?  

Dear all, I have in one view two OLAP tables(with complex calculations and predefined conditions) for which I want to create independent dropdown filters. The reason for that is that one should be filtered based on date type “received entries” and the other one based on date type “processed entries”. I was wondering if you maybe came across such an issue or if you have maybe some tips & tricks or solution for me? Dear Experts , I have a doubt here, on what logic does the objects appear on scroll bar in Process explorer like shown in snapshots attached. Are they dependent on number of objects i defined or events or relationships ?   

Dear i am puzzled that the calculated throughput time in Celonis is different from the source (excel) data. For example order  O4892 has a throughput time of 12 minutes (according to the raw data in Excel). However the output in Celonis is 1M (1 month?). . Could you please assist by advising on this difference.Below you can see a screenshot of the data set and output in Celonis.Many thanks!     

I have successfully set up an Action Flow to output my Celonis Query in an Outlook 365 email. I use The Celonis Query Data module  → CSV module (create CSV) → Tools module to compose a String for the CSV file to be inserted as a file attachment in Outlook → MS 365 Email Outlook module to Create and Send an email. (see image below).This all works great and we filter to output specific customer data. Today, we manually fill in the customer email contact info.However, we would like to use the Customer Contact data from the Query (name/email_address) to automatically populate the MS 365 Email Recipient. I have observed that the Tools module is limiting what data flows into the Outlook module and within the Outlook module I do not have access to all of the individual Data values from the Celonis Query.When I remove the Tools module, all of the Celonis Query Data module data is readily available for use in the Microsoft 365 Email Outlook module. Hi I am trying to create a line chart to compare avg throuput time between two activities how it fluctuates between different months. My Dimesion is this formula: ROUND_MONTH("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP") My KPI formula is : PU_AVG (DOMAIN_TABLE ("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities_CASES"."CASE ID" ), (  CALC_THROUGHPUT (    FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Arrival at A&E' ]    TO    LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Initial Assessment' ] ,    REMAP_TIMESTAMPS (      "AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP" ,     MINUTES    )  ))) But I only get a graph for the first month:  Please can someone advise what I am doing wrong?

H fellow Celonis useri, I am a newbie mainly using the visual editor for creating KPI's. My question is, is it possible to create a KPI for calculating the average cycle time of orders with only the visual editor (no PQL). A screenshot of the date is attached. Hope you can help, thanks! 

Hello, While creating plain text runtime variable, it is not visible in the analysis filters. Even after publishing the package it is not appearing. Is there any recent changes done to runtime variables in Celonis ? Thank You Usually the runtime variables used to be mentioned on the left panel  

Hello. Id like to confirm significant between cycle time and throughput time in Celonis. Would you tell me correct answers If I misunderstand it below. Cycle Time It means the time spent the whole workflow (ex. P2P, O2C, etc) 2.Throuput time It means the time about detail each workflows. (Ex. activity, case, another dimensions etc.) best regards.

Hi all, I am trying to convert my currencies to ZAR using CURRENCY_CONVERT. Hi All,I have created one column Month_Year in one of my tables which I am using for creating the analysis dashboard. The Month_Year column is of type Varchar and so when I am creating a drop-down component in the analysis rather than getting the Month_Year column in date order I am getting it in alphabetical order. Sure I know there would be answers to this query saying to change the datatype to date and then do the to_date function in the front end but in that scenario, I am getting unwanted things like day, time, hour, seconds and all. I only want the month and year to be displayed in the dropdown and that to in date order. Can anyone please help me on this query

Hi There, does anyone know if Celonis can take snapshots of values? We determine inventory but its always the newest and latest figures and I cant find a proper data to use for a timeline graph of inventory. So I was wondering if its possible for Celonis to take a daily snapshot of a figure for use in a graph. 

I’m trying to add a total line to a table in Celonis, similar to a total line in an Excel pivot table. In my table, my first column is a dimension and the rest are aggregated KPIs. But my end user needs to see the overall total, too. Any thoughts?

I am trying to filter records using predefined filter assigning value thru parameter in popup view. But the value is not properly assigned to the filter. Its filtering everything and not showing any data. However filter works fine when i assign value in the filter. Hello all,I am struggling to calculate the average count of activities for similar cases. The calculation returns a wrong result. It doesn’t matter if I use PU_COUNT on the activity table or CALC_REWORK. Example DataCase ID Parameter Number of Activities in Activity table 1 A 10 2 A 10 3 A 20 4 B 15  I would like to know the amount (count) of process steps (activities) on average for cases with a certain parameter.Expected ResultParameter Average activities count A 13.33 ((10+10+20)/3) B 15 (15/1)  What I get

Hey community, Is it possible to combine two ocpm objects with each individual eventlog to combine into on object & eventog?My szenario is that i have two objects for two different type of documents. They have the same structure and events but they are not named same as each event ends with they name of their type.And i want to perform on both the same analysis and i am looking for a way instead of duplicating all analysis and adapting the kpi to simply my it. So both less duplicate work for me and easier for the enduser to work with. Is there like a “union” function to join them or is it possible with a parameter to switch the object/eventlog in a view? Thanks in advance 

I extended my duplicate checker perspective, add the objeties what i want, and change my data model variable to my data model extended, but my view warns are records missing, these records have “aug” in the name. Hello crowd,I need your swarm knowledge for this issue:I selected July + August in date picker, which is 9 calendar weeks.My objective is to calculate the average sales orders per customer per calendar week.You can see it in my screenshot. One customer per line, count of sales orders and count of calendar week where sales orders are created.The challenge is, that not every customer is ordering in every week.My question is: How do I get the total number of calendar weeks (9) from the date picker in my formula?I would like to divide the “number of orders” by the “total calendar weeks from date picker” and not by the calendar weeks in which the order was placed.Best, Thomas
