Process Copilot - Simplifying Process Excellence with GenAI Integration

As an evolution of the ‘LLM for PQL’ announcement we made at Celonis World Tour, we have launched Process Copilot, Celonis’ first integration of Generative AI into the Celonis platform introducing a chat-based interface for interacting with process data.

It facilitates direct conversations with Celonis, interpreting queries using natural language and offering quick initial insights for KPI monitoring. It also incorporates filters and action shortcuts like downloading data or sending emails.

These new integrations will help you simplify and accelerate the process of identifying value opportunities across your business.
