ERGO Group, a major player in health and life insurance across Europe, delves into the process-driven world of insurance using Celonis tools. Since 2021, ERGO Group has been deeply involved in process mining technology with Celonis, with 16 ongoing processes involving a dedicated team of 160-190 individuals as of 2023.

Looking Ahead to 2025

ERGO Group has set ambitious goals, planning to have 55 processes active by the end of 2025. The focus is on transparent technology implementation in health and life insurance, gearing up for an international rollout.
