Celonis Acquires Symbio: Process Intelligence meets AI-driven Business Modelling
Big announcement, Celopeers! Last week just before kicking-off its end-user event Celosphere, Celonis revealed that it has officially acquired Business Process Management (BPM) vendor, Symbio!
Symbio is an innovation leader in enterprise business process and quality management software, which enables their customers to model, optimise and control their daily business processes.
Highlights:
- Bolstering Celonis: Symbio will provide additional institutional knowledge - such as ESG guidelines, roles, governance policies - to Celonis’ process mining capabilities.
- Seamless Experience: The Process Cockpit got a major upgrade, merging live process insights with Symbio's data into a unified experience.
- Data-Driven Design: It's time to move beyond designing processes in isolation. The acquisition will empower the organisations with a "data-driven, system-agnostic approach" to optimize their process operations.
