Is it possible to show YOY / MOM change in Celonis? Any tips on that? thanks

I would like to show the changes of figures comparing to the previous period, I think of ways like through defining multiple variables with date input, is there a more convenient date in doing that? thanks!

How would I filter out purchase orders that contain 'Record Goods Receipt'?

I currently use this load script: FILTER MATCH_ACTIVITIES( "_CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_EN", EXCLUDING_ALL ['Record Goods Receipt'] ) = 1 But as far as I can tell this is only item level, so POs that have any item in which "Record Goods Receipt" doesn't occur still show up. I want to exclude any purchase order that has "Record Goods Receipt" anywhere in the process of any item in the PO.

In dynamic tables with a button dropdown, the column's title doesn't update to the changed dimension unless you type <%=YourDimension%> in the dimension's name too. However, it returns the PQL statement defined for the variable instead of

Workday calendar isn't working in Studio Analysis

Hi, I have a client calendar with their working days uploaded to my data model in a SAP TFACS format.  This TFACS table is also added to the model but not connected to any other table. I have done a complete reload properly already. When I go to my analysis and see the throughput time, it didn't change, even if I put all the working days to "0" in the TFACS table. It seems that isn't tacking into account my calendar. How can make it works in my analysis? Do I have to use functions to make the analysis use the new schedule?  Many Thanks, Paula.

How to link the history of LFM1 with invoices in BSEG table so that we can calculate the impact of changes of zterm (PayTerm) done at vendor level in P2P Process.

We are trying to create an usecase as following:Calculate payment term mismatches between PO, MD, and Invoice with respect to time log of MD.How many times MD is changed per vendorFor this we have extracted the CDHDR and CDPOS data for zterm changes in LFM1, but unable to link the changes with invoices in BSEG and PO's in EKPO/EKKO table. Can anyone help me in this.

Can I update the analysis datamodel after its creation with pyCelonis without having to go to studio analysis settings?

When I create a new analysis with pyCelonis ("create_analysis(name, dm_name)" function) , adding the model I need, it seems good but the model does not be properly updated until I click the option "update" into the analysis settings sheet.  Can I do it with code too?. Please, anything I miss?. Thanks,

Action Flow with an "Execute Process Automation Skill" module start the next step without finished that one

Hi, I have an Action Flow with 2 modules: 1. A "Execute Process Automation Skill" module --> which launches a Python Notebook2. A "QueryData" moduleWhen I launch the AF, module 2 starts without having finished module 1 with the launch of the Skill: Note: Output says is "Queued "but de AF is (bad) finished Is there a way in the Action Flow that module 2 does not start until the previous one has finished? Thanks in advance.

Is there an automated mechanism to delete past historical data from Celonis?

Request is to delete data from 2018-2020 and we were exploring of a better way than creating and scheduling scripts to delete the data, which seems manual. If there is a better way to automate the process for future as well, that will be really great!

Is there a way to keep display name for KPI list in view?

I have created a KPI list in the view using the existing KPIs in the Knowledge model. Since a KM is connected with multiple Views, thus a KM KPI is used across multiple Views. But I wanted to have different display names for KPIs depending on the View it is connected to.Is there a way to do that? Screenshot for you reference.

I habe to filter the current E-Mail adress out of the table in the SAP (even after it changed to a new one).

Right now I did it like this:  PU_LAST(DOMAIN_TABLE("ADR6"."SMTP_ADDR"), "ADR6"."SMTP_ADDR") The problem is for example when I've an old E-mail adress like "oldemail@hotmail.com" than after this E-mail changes to "newemail@hotmail.com" it still only shows the old E-mail in the Celonis.  Are there any ideas why? Thank you very much!
