Action Flows: How to aggregate cases pertaining to 3 different conditions into a single send email module and send out a single email for all cases under those 3 different conditions?

Hi All,  I'm using the World Map data visualization functionality and created a location: coordinate dimension. However, I'm wanting to relabel that to the state name when the tool tips come up. I see there is an editor option to do that, but I'm unsure of the syntax as I couldn't find any documentation/ examples. Take for example the screen shot attached, the coordinates are '47.751076, -120.740135'. I need to relabel that to "Washington". How would I do that?  Thanks in advance!

HI Community, We have a 3 different Activity Tables; One Main Table and 2 Department specific tables.(without an Event Log Merge on DataModel). We could use the MERGE_EVENTLOG function on the Process Explorer but When it comes to Case Explorer, it shows onyl the activities from Default table. Is there a workaround to show all the activities with out eventlog merge?  Best Regards,Sooraj

Does anyone has any solution for the error :- "ROLLBACK: Table "Case" does not exist".  Whenever I am trying to extract the Case table in Celonis, it throws an error with the message "ROLLBACK: Table "Case" does not exist." The most irritating fact was that it was throwing error while inserting the records in EMS, that means it use to extract all the chunks from SF, take hours to do that and at the end it was throwing the error.

Hi, Is there the possibility to display a kpi in two lines? Like for example in an olap table. I've tried putting /n or CHAR(10) but it doesn't work.I'm now displaying values concatenated on the same line, like 3 days - 10 objects. Expected output:3 days10 objects Thanks!

Currently, my client have a list of user IDs that we update weekly and upload manually. I would like to automate this process. We are currently considering these two methods.1. PycelonisCreating a script using the Pycelonis method maybe is a good idea and I found this answer.upload parquet file and refresh data modell automatically (celopeers.com)2. Action FlowI have not looked into this in detail, but I am wondering if it is possible to use a module such as HTTP request to upload a file, for example. I would appreciate any advice you can give me on the above, especially the second one.

Hi all,I'd like to know how to omit specific throughput time activity. In my process flow is A->B->C->D, for example, and the throughtput time between C to D is too long than other throughput time and it might be misleading so I'd like to omit that value. does anybody know how to do it?

Hi, I build an action flow which sends a KPIs as csv. The numbers have a format like 12.367 and '.' is the decimal point not thousend seperator. I need the number with 2 decimal places, means 12,36. Formatnumber, parsenumber cuts the number to 12.

We're currently trying to set up a Historical log of the Alerts sent, but our JSON Bubble is set to REPLACE:  Is there any way we can change it so that it APPENDS new data to the table, instead of recreating it? Thank you in advance Best Regards,

Hi,I would like to achieve an Action Flow where an Email would be send to the corresponding users/customers based on Customer or company code column value. ( for example, Based on the Company Code Value (say A), the email should be triggered to customers belonging to A. Similarly for other company codes say B,C, etc.). How can we implement a dynamic filter for the above requirement to send mails accordingly. Currently, we are doing it manually for every company code using router. Hi,  For some time nearly everyday I've got problems with my ML app. When entering that app, I can see 2 errors: 1) Failed to load the jupyterlab-git server extension<html> <head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head> <body> <center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>  2) Error Loading ThemeStylesheet failed to load: https://XXX.celonis.cloud/ml/workbench/ea5543aa-9e2c-4923-bced-2713b6162a87/lab/api/themes/@jupyterlab/theme-dark-extension/index.css  Do you have any ideas how it fix it? What's strangest, sometimes everything works just fine (Switching to Celonis EMS theme fixes CSS, then switch back to dark theme works sometimes, sometimes not). Hi Community, I would like to know whether it is at all possible to select (using the date picker) a given time frame (say 01/07/22 to 30/09/22), have the corresponding KPI calculated, and compare it for the same time frame last year (01/07/21 to 30/09/22)? Is there a way to calculate for events outside the selected time frame? we currently do this using an intricate arrangement of variables, but i wonder if there isn't a more efficient way to do this, using standard Celonis features. Thanks in advance.

Hello, We am trying to filter an OLAP table with a KPI or from the same table. In general we want to exclude from the analysis the rows of that OLAP Table that do not match with a condition (given by a KPI, a calculus etc..). *In the example, we would like to take values 5 and 6 from the column "COUNT(BKPF)"  If anoyone have the same trouble or could help me for that I would appreciate it. Have 2 concerns: 1. Heard from Celosphere that now celonis EMS can connect with Power Bi.. Is it live? If yes then how?? 2. Can I create a olap on how many of them are using a particular dashboard and user details??? 

When installing the JDBC extraction software, still Windows Server 2012 R2, which will be discontinued next year, is preferred (see Step 2- Setting up the SAP Extractor Service (celonis.com)). For durability reasons and company policies, we want to install in on Windows server 2019/2022. Has somebody experience with these versions and the working of the software, can we guarantee that the extractor software works on windows server 2019/2022?

Same questions expanded:- after the first SSO user presents a claim for a group, are all existing group members removed at once?- will SSO users remain members of groups where no claim has been presented?- to revert to manual management of a group, is it enough to stop presenting that group as a SAML claim? i.e. can we immediately populate groups manually again, or some other action required first?

For late payments, we want to calculate or capture the duration an invoice takes between two process checkpoints and if it's over an expected duration, then we tag the entry with a reason label.  Example If the duration between Vendor Creates Invoice + Scan FI Document is greater than 2 days Then, add reason 'Late Submission / Missed in Inbox' into reason column  We have multiple statements to add for other checkpoints but the logic is the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Hi all,I am currently trying to import data into the ML workbench using pycelonis get_data_frame. However, I am receiving the error "500 Server Error: Internal Server Error". It seems that my instance has no permissions for POST/GET in the API. I have added all thinkable permissions to the App key, used my personal admin user key etc., unfortunately, all without success. Does anyone have any clue what the issue could be? The same set-up works perfectly fine for another Celonis instance that we have commissioned.Much appreciated and kind regards,Florian
