We would like to connect to SAP Succes Factor but we don't realy know anything about this system. Is there anyone who has some previous experience about this system? Is this an oracle or some kind of other Database? How to connect to it with Celonis?

The overview is currently in a simple analysis table but we can migrate it to views. The user should be able to jump directly into the case in the SAP ERP by clicking the case in the view. Has anyone done something like this or could you point me at how to tackle this use case? Thanks! 

I am trying to screen the cases where we set order block and immediately release without any activities in the middle. The idea is to calcuate how much time we wasted on those cases. To do that: In the activities table, I want to partition along column "Change_to" in such a way: When "Change_from" = 'ZA' (which incdicates release of block)Then look at the immediate preceding rows: if the column "Change_to" = 'ZA' (indicate set block)  Then calculate the datediff between those rows. This is my code: SUM( CASE WHEN ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_FROM" = 'ZA' AND ACTIVITY_LAG ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_TO", 1) = 'ZA')  THEN  DATEDIFF ( MI, ACTIVITY_LAG("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"),"_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME")END) It seems that the above code just ignore the bolded part in the casewhen statement. Currently, we are able to create custom extraction within the 'extraction builder' using the GET method. However, we are facing an issue with the expiration of the tokens (Authentication) that we provide for establishing connections. Each token expires after one hour. I wanted to inquire if it is possible to associate an endpoint with the POST method, which would allow us to retrieve a token using the username and password, and then pass it to the specific endpoint before execution. Alternatively, is there a way for us to execute from a Celonis Jupyter Python script to obtain the token and pass it as a parameter for extraction into the Celonis data pool?

Hi Celopeers, I want to make a calculation in an OLAP table, where I divide a COUNT value through a sum of COUNT values. To be specific: I want to divide the SUM 1 which consists of all the cases related to a single operation through the SUM 2, which consists of all the cases related to a single operation that are classified as 'NOT CORRECT'. The Sum of Changes is calculated through a COUNT statement. Thanks for your help!
