I know that you can convert dashboards to PDF using Action Flow.

Is there any other way to link the PDFs, such as storing them in a designated folder, without having to link them via email?

Our company uses MS365, and since it cannot be linked with external applications, we are considering alternatives.

Please give me some advice.

Thank you.

Hello,

not sure if I understood the problem but based on the Create PDF Report action you could, as a MS365 company, use the OneDrive actions such as "Upload a File" to store the generated file in OneDrive location. SharePoint would work accordingly.

Hope this help

Best

Johannes

Due to our security, we are unable to authenticate MS.

With that in mind, are there any alternatives?

Hello,

apologies, now I think I understand the problem. Besides O365 you could use FTP / SFTP (Upload a File) if available, any cloud hosting service such as AWS (Upload File) or check for any other connector that you might be able to use.

If everything fails continue to send that email and use e.g. MS Power Automate to save attachments to a certain folder.

Hope this helps.
