Transformations for tables and columns in oracle ebs for P2P process

I was able to find a p2p best practices for SAP in the partner asset library. We are interested in building the activity table for P2P on oracle cloud. I wanted to get a sense of what tables and columns are need for various activities such as Create Req, Modify PO etc along the P2P process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys, how to do O2C process and AR process in one analysis.

First, we have created O2C process and added tables that are required for AR process. The extraction part is done, but we have stuck in the data model. The connection between vbap and vbfa may be failing.

Hi Guys, I am trying to calculate the time between two activities. But the second activity is not unique.

For example: The time between activity A-1 and activity LIKE A. Activity LIKE B can be A-2, A-3, ..., A-n. I always want the activity that is closest to activity A. Between A and B can be other activities. thanks for helping

Hi Guys, if i want to add two diffrent pql formula in one drop down with diffrent formating how can i set ?

I am trying to create a dynamic drop down for case count and percentage case count but if in KPI formating i select percentage with 2 decimal then my count also coming with percenatge sign while i want to set case count with round no .how can i create dynamic formating?

Type of access for Analyst who dont need to edit data model

Dear All, What should be level of access which analyst needs on Celonis while doing analysis on variants / process without need to change the data model. ? Reason i am asking is currently i am having access on views where i cannot do activity selection and add 6 types of filters but i can only do minimal analysis . Best regards - Shaif

Can we enable PGP encryption for connecting Celonis IBC to SAP Data Source via SFTP?

We tried retrieving data from SAP SF via SFTP and we were able to successfully connect to system. But when we run EMS loader we are receiving only 1 single record of file. Can any one help e out if we can enable PGP connection as pagination in SAP SF can be enabled in PGP encryption in SAP SF. Thanks in advance for help

How to track data consumption size?

Hi all, just wanted to know that is there any way to trace the overview of the space data pool/Workspace wise? Currently in Celonis Event collection there in data consumption section we can see data pool size but it is not in consolidated form and it will be a tedious task to add up all table size every single time we run the process data model. Any help will be much appreciated.

Using PU_STRING_AGG as an input for the IN operator

Is it possible to use the PU_STRING_AGG function as an input to the IN operator? Here's the snippet I'm trying to get to work: CASE WHEN LIPS.POSNR IN ( ' \\'' || PU_STRING_AGG(LIKP, LIPS.UECHA, '\\',\\'' ) || '\\'') THEN 'Y' ELSE NULL END  Not very clear as to how the PU_STRING_AGG handles the values - does it wrap the whole string with an additional set of start/end single quotes? If so - will the single quote delimiter along with a comma turn the string into a list of strings?

How to Cluster the % of Distinctly Named Suppliers that have at least 1 Purchasing Document Item with certain characteristics, per month?

Good morning,‎I know the title is a bit convoluted, but I will provide additional information here.‎‎Essentially, we are trying to build a Bar Chart, with 1 Dimension and 1 KPI:Dimension: Purchasing Document Item Creation MonthKPI: % of Distinctly Named Suppliers that have at least 1 Purchasing Document Item with certain characteristics:‎This is what it currently looks like, without any filters.However, it does not effectively evaluate each supplier, each month.It evaluates each supplier across the entire data pool.Example:Supplier #1 Selected: ‎Great performance right? 100% Across the board! Now, if I look at the actual data, through some non-clustering formulas (no use of PU_SUM, PU_COUNT, etc.): ‎‎As you can see, this supplier actually had no Purchasing Document Items within the defined characteristics (Acknowledgement) for the months of November and December 2021, however, looking back at the graph:‎    ‎100% for both months.. ‎ To summarize, the formula is:Looking at each distinct

Count number of “open” SOURCE-TARGET-connections per day

Hi everyone, My goal is to count on a daily basis how many cases were between two specific activities on that day. See the following example: So the result table needs to include every day in the timeframe (GENERATE_RANGE?). For each day I count all connections where day lies in between Start and End of the connection. Is this possible in Celonis? Thanks for any ideas, Patrick

Loading time in Add Table from Data Model

Hi, Lately, the loading time for editing the process data model took a lot of time. Especially today, I wanted to add an additional table in the data model but the page keeps on loading for about 30 minutes now. Is there a way around it? Need to complete asap the data model load.

Calculate Throughput Time differs in Single KPI and OLAP Table

Hi peers,I try to set up new components using CALC_THROUPUT. The two following components show different results. This is presumably caused because the OLAP tables have multiple lines with single CASE_KEY though the process pattern only occurs once (and it should since we use FIRST_OCCURENCE).  It won't change when we use Attribute selection overhead to limit to single KUNNR or give KUNNR in Dimension. Why OLAP returns several line items? Single KPI (Number)<KPI>CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Sales Order'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Delivery'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_SD_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", DAYS)) OLAP (identical with single KPI)<KPI>CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Sales Order'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Delivery'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_SD_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", DAYS))

Action Engine removal of duplicates on 1 column

Hello,I created a action engine skill and its going very well. Since I am using approver name as a connection for the process automation to send email. I dont want that the approver will be bombarded with multiple email if he/she has many invoices that needs action. Is there a way to remove or filter approver with the same name only regardless of the other columns he/she has?Thank you.Example:

Using SUBSTRING during Extraction SAP ECC

Hi there, we are currently in the middle of the extraction of a production planning process from our SAP ECC. Now there is the need to extract only certain lines of the CDHDR and CDPOS. We know that a join is theoretically possible between AUFK.AUFNR and CDHDR/CDPOS.OBJECTID. To make it an exact join, though, one has to extract a substring of the OBJECTID, as the AUFNR is only a part of the OBJECTID. We tried this: SUBSTRING (CDHDR.OBJECTID,6,12) = AUFK.AUFNR. It returned an error, though. Does anybody know, where the problem is or is there a better solution to our problem? Happy for any help and best regards, Carl

Eventtime changes number of cases

Hello !I am trying to display the number of cases with a change activity on a monthly basis (ROUND_MONTH("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES".EVENTTIME)).Without this column I obtain the right numbers but as soon as I display the column, numbers increase.To made sure I have a analysis filter on 2018-01. Calculate AVG per dimension and keep data filtering

Dear Colleagues,I am using below formula to calculate AVG processing time per vendor.It works generally OK, but it always calculates an average from the whole available set of data. For example if we have 3 years history of invoice posting and I only want to see an average for year 2020, applying time selection filter does not change the result of this formula, which keeps calculation for 2018-2020.
