To access Settings for your own profile, you need to navigate to your avatar first, where you can find this option on the drop-down menu: 

There you find different tabs: Settings for My profile, General, Notifications and Password.

In My profile you can share more about yourself, upload an avatar photo. 

In the General tab, you can decide whether you want to share your badges or reputation score with others. There you will also find options for private messaging and topic subscription when replying.

The Notifications settings will help you to find out what’s going on when you’re not online. 

With the Single-Sign On enabled, the Password will not be in use.
