If I have observed any actions against the Community guidelines, how should I report it and notify moderators?

Each post (reply, question or conversation) has options at bottom, where you find a three-dots drop-down menu with an option to “Report”:
You will need to provide a reason (there is no predefined list) to alarm moderators about inappropriate post or member`s behaviour.
