Hi, Would like to know if an action is resolved manually and post that if the new signals come depending upon the logics set? Eg: My Signal ID is A and it is was resolved on the 29th Sep post which there is a new trigger for the same signal ID A so would that come in the Signal Overview list? As I'm unable to see the new triggers for the same signal once resolved manually

Hello everybody, I have a problem with our data types in Celonis. In our Oracle database, we have columns such as the sorting implemented with an integer value. However, Celonis shows us a float value for all of these columns, which is why the following error message appears for some functions:  Does anyone know what the reason for this might be and how the data type in Celonis can be changed? Thanks a lotLaura

Hello,i have a problem to create a bar chart, where one dimension is the date, and the KPi should be a count of values, which have specific attributes (ends with special characters). I need 2 bars here, one for values which ends on "PV1" and one which end on "PA1".The problem is, that i don't want to count the values which ends to PV1, i want to have the count of value B, if value contains PV1Every two bars per dimension, eg month.thx in advance

Hi, We are performing some tests with Celonis and our on-premise SAP system (both Sandbox). Since we couldn't install the most recent ECC 6.0 RFC package, due to our enhancement package level (lower than Celonis requests), we decided to install the ECC 5.0 version instead. However, we are not able to activate and execute all RFCs, because some objects are missing in the installation package. For example: table /CELONIS/CLMAN. Are there any complete packages with all objects for ECC 5.0? Or can we just force the import of ECC 6.0 requests into our system? Error:Request:Thank you

Dears, I want to know the impact of S4HANA implementation on the real time connector which is based on the logic of table logging mechanism.  Once we migrate o S4HANA the ECC tables will become views and then how will this table logging mechanism work as I understood there is no change on tables in S4HANA for P2P process for example ?  Thanks for your insights.  Regards,Priyanka

Hello everyone,  we are currently in the process of implementing a HR process that extends the standard process Hire to Retire. Here we face the challenge that we do not have the changes data in the tables CDPOS and CDHDR, but saved in a cluster table PCL4. What would be the best practice working with a cluster table.  Additional requirement is, that we would like to only export the timestamp and the change table/field to Celonis. The changed values should not be included in the export. This was done for the other tables, by creating views, that only contain the relevant columns. But with the cluster table we face the challenge that all data is stored in one column. We would be happy about any experience or best practice with this kind of issue.  Best regards,Philipp

My predecessor uses FILTER DOMAIN under load script to filter the whole analysis. I couldn't find any documentation for this function. Does anyone know were I can more information ton this topic? Thank you

Hello, We installed the 2021-08-04_3.5.0_SAP_Extractor_Package.zip package, but unfortunately the extractor server returns the following issue : "unable to find valid certification path to requested target". Do you have any idea on what could cause the issue ? Firewall port to unlock ? Wrong proxy configuration ? Certificate missing ? Also, Is it possible to understand the impact on real time extractor , as it works on log tables, after the migration to S4HANA the current tables will become views, is it wise to implement real time extractor before the migration or after migration.

Null values are coming as - in visualization and olap tables.so how to hide them.I have used isnull and coalsce () ,but it seems not working.So any way to hide or change - for null values.

I need a filter that will show only a part of the events that happened in the selected time interval. When I set a period limit, a complete chain of events is displayed for all cases that took place during this period. for example, in the chain (id -date ) 1 - 01.2021, 2 - 04.2021, 3 - 06.2021, if I set the filter to 04.2021, the entire chain will be displayed 1 - 2 - 3, and it is necessary that only 2 be shown

Unable to login to ibc training portal

Just installed CPM 4.7.1 ( new install) not upgrade from 4.6.x in our Dev/QA box. We imported a transport of one of the analysis from PROD and brought it into the QA. Everything is working fine- OLAPs, Charts etc..., except Process Explorer and Variant Explorer seems to be taking forever...pink dots.  Do we need to configure some settings.  Mohit

In the stage of transformation, I run the Vertica SQL script and the output only shows the first 100 rows. But I want to see all rows. Is it possible to do some configuration to see all output rows? Can I export the output? Thanks.

Dear celopeers, what is the best practice for showing an execution output message in case an error handler was active? More specifically, we first use salesforce and added a flow control module "ignore" to handle errors that occur within salesforce. However, we would like to show a user notification in this case. The problem seems to be that we cannot add another module after the ignore module (for including, for example, a webhook to a skill which could then produce the execution output).Appreciate any insights.Thank you very much

I'm using a CASE WHEN statement to filter out dimensions based on dynamic criteria. For example, take the following case when statement: CASE WHEN"Activities"."ACTIVITY_EN" in ('Closed','Open')THEN'Closed'END I would expect that there will only be rows for 'Closed' and 'Open', however, I am also seeing a row with the dimension of '-' . There is no way to filter this out and leads to misleading dimensions.

I have crated a basic analysis for my team with only 1 sheet as case explorer. In the case explorer i want to hide few columns and publish the analysis. I don't want to show few columns to the team. Is there any functionality to hide columns in case explorer and publish? Regards,Ashok
