We are trying to add same KPIs but with different filters on same column chart (side by side), but not able to do.For e.g. we want to show number of emergency breakdowns for two plants, this will require to calculate same KPI but using a filter. Another example is to calculate downtime for two different type of work orders ( Emergency and Preventive maintenance). We want to show comparison in same chart with two columns.

Hello Is it possible to create a KPI with a filter on it ? For exemple : A KPI who's showing the % of invoice paid late and when we click on it, it creates a filter on all dashboards

Hello I have the following problem: We have the AVG time cycle for a set of case and we want to obtain the % of cases with TC below de average and above average. I tried to do it in this way: CASE WHEN CALC_THROUGHPUT(ALL_OCCURRENCE['Process Start']  TO ALL_OCCURRENCE['Cla. Please check that there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs. Which would be the correct way to have the information we need?  Thanks!

Therfor i tried to divide the KPI "all cases starting with A" by the KPI "all cases passing A". Unfortunally it is not possible to divide two KPI's (or I am using the wrong syntax). Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem?

I'm taking BVA training. Working in Sandbox, created sandbox sheet. I added a component that I now want to delete. How can I delete that component from my sheet?

Situation: Currently, changes are made to cockpits in the test system (QA). The cockpit is then transported to the productive workspace (PROD) using "move to". With each transport, the user's bookmarks are deleted. A similar issue was already raised in 2019 (title: Hyperlink Issue), but Celonis 4.5 was used. Overview:-We currently use the cockpits in the "Process Analytics" tab and not in the Studio.-Celonis in the Cloud (no Celonis 4.x)-3 workspaces (Sandbox, Test & Productive) Further Questions: Am I overlooking another transport option here, or can bookmarks, for example, be saved from the productive environment before the transport and imported again after the "move to"? Or do all changes have to be copied manually from the test workspace to the productive workspace (components, saved formulas, variables)?

Hello,We have a O2C process and it is using a celonis data extractor agent to reach on-premise source system. Here is the question; We now going to implement a second process and it will also use an extractor. Can we use the same host to set up new extractor ? Or do we have to build a new one ?

Hi, Celonis doesn't seem to like the escape character ("\\") when filtering graphs for product texts so tried to just replace it with the following formular: REPLACE("VBAP"."MATNR_TEXT",'\\', '-') However, I get the attached error message.  Best regardsAram

Hi, I want to send an email from my Action Flow, using Microsoft O365 Graph API. Towards that, I have been given a tenant id, a client/app id, and a client secret key. When I try to use the standard O365 Email connector in Action Flow, I only see option for client id and client secret key. I do not see an option to provide tenant id (first screenshot below). As a result, I get the error below (second screenshot below) as I need to use an API endpoint that needs the tenant id. How can this be done ?  Thanks !

I would like to keep a KPI analysis and transformation center chart on the same page. Is it possible to have some sort of iFrame, or view to transformation center in the Analyses? Or perhaps a Studio View?

Hello everyone, recently, I wanted to move an analysis/workspace (IBC process analytics) from one team outside of my organization to a workspace within my organization (two different teams). Hereby, I have started with Exporting the workspace (see screenshot), which gives me two JSON files (analyses.json & process.json). My question is, how do I import those two files within my internal workspace? Not having to rebuild the analyses would clearly mean a lot of time saving. Does anyone have suggestions here?
