i want to create a dual axis chart in view but 1st will be bar chart and 2nd will be the line chart , and i want the bar chart value constant it should not get changed according to line chart filter , how can i do that .Thankyou

Hi Akash,

When you create a chart you should enter two different KPI's. By doing so you will see that the dropdown will give you the options:

• General options, diagram area & legend options, position line options, dimension axis, primary value axis, data series: <dimension>, data series <kpi1>, data series <kpi2>.

For data series <kpi1> and data series <kpi2> you can select Axis: Primary Axis or Secondary Axis.

For your first KPI you will provide Axis: Primary Axis and Alternative type: Column chart.

For your second KPI you must provide Axis: Secondary Axis and Alternative type: Line Chart

You can then change the primary or secondary axis individually in the dropdown that now exists of the options:

• General options, diagram area & legend options, position line options, dimension axis, primary value axis, secondary value axis, data series: <dimension>, data series <kpi1>, data series <kpi2>.
