Hi all, is it possible to make a dimension in a OLAP table static. So when I click on another dimension it does not affect the value?

Hello everyone, I'm still quite new to Process Mining and PQL.  How can I create the Column chart of the "Rework Selection" as a standalone component for the dashboard? In my process, there is a process flow (loop) that can occur either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 times per case. Therefore, on the X-axis, the number of loops should be listed (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and on the Y-axis, the frequency of occurrence of each number of loops should be shown.  I tried it with this: https://docs.celonis.com/en/calculations-on-activity-sequences.html   And that works well for an OLAP table, but it only provides me with the count of loops per case and not the count of cases for each loop count (0,1,2,3,4,5). However, I cannot or do not know how to access this OLAP table in another component and sum up the counts per loop iteration. Thanks for your help! 😊

Hi All! I'm wondering if this is possible in Celonis to build custom attribute (not based on any table) through which I can iterate and calculate pu functions? I want to create record which can be used for reporting purposes (extracted using PowerBI connector).In this record I want to see KPIs per month. For KPI calculations I'm taking into consideration multiple factors including dates (entry date, clearing date, etc.), so I can't build this column only base on one date field. I was thinking about creating attribute, which will contains specific range of dates (not based on any SAP table) and then, base on it, iterate by all those dates in range and set up pu functions using those dates as variable. I was trying using RANGE, but I was getting error that there is no common tables between range and for example BSEG (from which I'm taking date to compare to result of RANGE function): Time dimension in record: var_date One of the filters in PU function: "BSEG".&q

Hi all! I am trying to track the information how many notifications are sent weekly by my Action Flow. Do you know the best way to do so? Can I add some module in the action flow that would be able to add a line whenever we have new notification to some table that I could then use in the KPI of the analysis? BR!Magda

Hello! Among my data I have records with four possible values in the column Class ('Inactive', 'Proc Manage', 'non-Proc Manage' and '-'). The last option occurs when there is no value for the record inside Class column.  Although without filtering I can see records with all values of Class listed above, trying to filter as in the picture, I can't get them (I receive only Inactive ones, my goal is to get empty ones also). If I want to get for example only those where Class = 'Inactive', it's easy, but what about the requirement to filter only records with no value for Class column? I don't know how to do it in a table, and inside Action Flows filtering as well. My intuitive code inside Action Flow is FILTER "MyTable"."CLASS" IS NULL , but unfortunately, there is no result. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? I will be grateful for your support.

How to find if any specific analysis is using incremental data?

Payer: Combined Number and Name Logic- One Payer Name can have several Payer Numbers, so Table A always shows a list of Payer Numbers/Name Combinations. Table B should show only the SUM of the Costs of the Payer name. The Customer would like to have in Table A Number and Name combined in one column, Table B should always show the SUm of the above selection.  Table A: Variable: Payer Number/Name Combined Column A, Costs Colmun BTable B: Payer Name Column A, SUM Costs Column B I think the solution could be working with variables: I added two variables: Drilldown_dimensions and drilldown_text so if I select a payer both tables respond.  In Data Transformations I combined three different payer colmuns and also three different payer number colmuns to one column. So it is not possible to select only the payer_name for the selection.

I have created a table within the Studio App. The table is loaded with Tasks(Created through skills) auto-assigned to Business users in Celonis. Now we would like to have a feature to select a record and click on the change assignee button, on this click we need to be presented with a list of users to whom we can reassign the record. We built an action flow to update the email but we are only able to build a text box to input email addresses, we would like to be presented with a list of users(emails) to whom the task can be reassigned. Please let us know how we can accomplish this.

Is there a way to Export a Knowledge Model into a consumable and editable document?

I have to implement a functionality where:There is a table for my vendors with multiple line items, each line item has a Rating field which can be blank or some value.SO when I click on the Vendor code, an overlay view opens.Now on this view there is a button, clicking on which I need to perform different actions:If there is a rating for that vendor, then trigger an action flow. Hi, I need to calculate the time between two activities that are not directly followed by each other taking an event attribute into account. Example: Calculate time between A and B where: Both activities A and B happen more than once in the processTo get the correct throughput time, we need to consider an activity attribute (e.g., campaign_id). In our case, if activity A happens three times, it will have three distinct campaign ids, so we need to match those ids with the ones in activity B. How can I implement that in Celonis? I tried using SOURCE() and TARGET() from the example in this post , but it seems it only works for directly followed by activities, so there was no data for my chart, as A is never directly followed by B in this case. Hi Community, I am trying to create a view, which has 2 different components(Tables/Charts) with different knowledge models behind it. I have created 2 separate knowledge models, but was not succesful referincing them on the same view. We are trying to build a profile view where we are trying to add a date picker into it, but we are unable to find any date picker component in Views as we have it in Analysis. How could we add a date picker in Views? Please assist with this question.
