Formula on double posting of invoice

Hello, I struggle with a the creation of a formula to determine double postings. (in this cases potential double vendor invoices posted.) My check is to see all case ID (invoice items) with the same invoice reference field (text field) and the same amount. Out put of the formula should be number of cases where this duplication appears. Difference / number of days between 2 dates

Hi all, I would like to know the day between 2 dates but using the PQL DAYS_BETWEEN it is not working. I need to know how many day passed between a creation of anagrafic vendor (LFA1.ERDAT) and creation PO (EKKO.AEDAT), an between creation of anagrafic vendor (LFA1.ERDAT) and invoice (RBKP.CPUDT). Change Price/Quantity

Hi everyone, My client would like to know if the change price or quantity is less or greater than the previous value indicated in the order. The issue is that Change_from and Change_to in the Activities table is an int value and not a number. What formula can I use knowing that > and < can not work? Thank you Laura

Comparing 2 Table Contents

Hi, I want to Display the Number of Cases that exist in the Cases Table but not in another Table. Celonis_Table_Comparison847184 2.24 KB For example with the data shown in the picture I want to show 2 since Cases 4 and 5 exist in the Cases Table but not in Table 2. Currently my problem is that when I count the total entries of both tables in separate single KPI fields they show the Correct Values: COUNT (DISTINCT (CASES.ID) = 5 and COUNT (DISTINCT (TABLE_2.ID)) = 3 But as soon as I combine both formulas to get the difference as: COUNT (DISTINCT (CASES.ID) - COUNT (DISTINCT (TABLE .ID)) It returns 0 which of course isnt correct as I would expect to get 2 (5 - 3). After some trying I noticed that when I add both values it returns 6 so it seems that the value for the total amount of cases changes from 5 to 3 which also explains the 0 it returns when subtracting. In the Data Modell Cases.ID is connected with Table_2.ID I have also tried solving it with a Case When Statement. COUNT (DISTI

Filter the Eventtime from the activity I am looking for

Hey @all, I need a filter that looks at the event time of the activity I am looking for. With this filter I can determine my KPI worklist. At the moment i have a filter, but the wrong filter. For Example. image984209 7.49 KB In this picture we can see my Celonis activity table. (ID activity timestemp) In my other table AUFK I have the column ERDAT in which i can see the start date of my order -->(28.Feb.2019 07:51:48) My actually FILTER YEAR(AUFK.ERDAT) = Year(Today()) keeps the Start date of my ID 6254008060 with the activity Erffnet. But I need the timestemp Technisch abgeschlossen for my filter. > FILTER YEAR("timestemp from technisch abgeschlossen) = Year(Today()) On this example the Year is the same, but I have enough IDs where the start Date ist in 2018 and the activitity technisch abgeschlossen is in 2019. That means I could get rid of AUFK.ERDAT and use directly the timestamp of my activity table. But I dont know the Function. Pls can u help me.

Filter for Cases which flow through a certain activity

Hi Celonis Community, I am currently analysing a P2P process where some orders have just been created, but not been ordered. These orders still have monetary values assigned to them in the Casetable. If I now add up the values to get how much money was spent e.g. on a certain article, these values distort my results, as they are also accounted for, but have not been ordered. Is there a way to restrict e.g. a certain table or sheet or the whole analysis to only values which run through the process step invoice received to only add up cases which have actually been ordered? E.g. with the Component-, Sheet- or Analysis-Filters? Thanks a lot. Best regards Jonas

Matching percentage when combining tables

We have a question in regards to matching percentages when combining two tables with a one to many relationship. Fig 1. Tables one to many relationship When performing a count on the keys used for joining, we get the correct counts when using two number components. For example: Number Component 1: COUNT( TableA."_case_key") Number Component 2: COUNT( TableB."_case_key") However, when we combine the counts in a single component, and divide them by each other, then we receive the wrong count. So the component 3 is wrong: Number Component 3: COUNT( TableA."_case_key")/COUNT( TableB."_case_key") We suspect the error might be lying in the way the tables are joined. Please guide us in finding a solution, to get the right division.

Case Count displays wrong values

Dear Celonis Community, I have a problem with the Casecount of certain items. Attached you find my data-model where I have linked the Casetable to the Masterdata Tables (Articles, Adresses, Projects and Shipments) and the Activitytable. If I now display the Casecount for different features (see file Problem Casecount Article- and Adress-Table), the Casecount is displayed as having a lot of missing data for the Article related features (left third of the Screenshot) and also for Adress related features (right third of the Screenshot). For the Project related Features it works perfectly fine (central third), but all of these three Tables are linked in the same way to the datamodel via a Foreign Key, which is a number, but which I have declared as being a String-Variable, as I do not need to calculate values for these columns. Can you help me find out, where the wrong values for the Article related or Adress related features come from? Thanks a lot and best regards Jonas Data Modell1920

Aggregation filter for a table with a dimension

Hello, I have a question on how to filter a table with a dimension, and a aggregation. For example I have a olap table with: Dimension A | Count(Dimension) abc | 5 cde | 10 Now I would like to create a filter on top of this olap table and filter out everything that has a count of the dimension lower than 6. From the documentation regarding filtering I understand that I filter will not work, in this post I am looking for an alternative. https://zalando.eu-1.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/FILTER I would appreciate any help on how to do this. Detect loops followed by a specific activity

Hello to everyone who reads this! I think the solution of my problem could be pretty easy, but I dont get it I need to search for loops of each activity in my analysis which are directly followed by an specific activity. Every activity can loop and every activity can be directly followed by the specific activity. Basically the soltion should be something like this: FILTER MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX (Table1.ACTIVITY, variable >> variable+ >> XXX $ ) = 1 An activity (no matter if it is the first activity in the case or not) is followed by one or more occurrences of the same activity and is directly leading to the specific activity XXX. Yes: A - A - XXX Yes: A - A - XXX Yes: A - B - C - C - C - C - XXX Yes: V - W - P - P - P - XXX No: D - D - E - XXX No: F - G - F - G - XXX My problem is, I dont know how to insert a variable or something similar into this formula which is checking each activity in the analysis not only the hard coded one. OLAP Table - Throughput Time between Activities

Hi everyone, I am looking for an OLAP table which can show multiple KPIs (MODUS, MEAN, TRIMMED MEAN, QUANTILE) of the throughput time between activities. The business use case is to have a comprehensive overview of the real throughput time from Celonis in order to compare these values with the current master data settings in the operating system. How to Clear Selections in CPM 4.5

Hi, I have a query relating to saved formula / dropdowns that are derived (i.e. using a CASE WHEN for example). I have an analysis where the dropdown has required updating but when published the updated logic is only applied when the dropdown is reapplied which makes sense. However, this also means that if the selection is made and the user reopens the analysis after the change is made that the view will not show the updated logic unless they manually clear and reapply the selection from the dropdown. A feature that used to exist prior to Celonis 4.5 where Selections could be cleared on opening an analysis either using the Analysis / Tab Load Script Clear Selections;. This forced users to apply filters. This would allow me to ensure that users are always making selections from the latest logic and not just viewing old selections that have not been updated. We would like to switch between the KPIs via the yellow highlighted dropdown. Clicking on the header item in the dropdown will fill a variable with the value header; same for item. Validating the full amount of BSEG

Hi, I have loaded table BSEG, however when I run AP analysis, the values only sum for posting key 31 as that is what the invoice is based on . However, for validation purposes I need to total across all the posting keys in BSEG. How can I structure a query to do this ? Thanks Geoff

PR vs. PO vs. Invoice value

Hi all, Id like to compare the Purchase Requisition (PR) value to the PO value and to the Invoice value. Therefore, Ive added an OLAP table with the PO document numbers, PO Items and the PR number as dimensions and the PO Net Price (EKPO.NETWR) and the PR valuation price (EBAN.RLWRT) as KPIs. Afterwards, Ive calculated the difference in percentage between PO and PR value which works fine. Now, Ive tried to add the Invoice value as a third KPI to this analysis in order to see all differences within one view. Therefore, Ive added the Invoice Value (EKBE.REEWR) to the KPIs, however received following error message: No common parent between tables could be found please check your schema. The tables EBAN and EKBE do not have a common parent in the schema I do understand the issue, however do not know if and how I could solve it, in order to have all three values (PO, PR, Invoice) in the same table. Wrong result for sum of value of Purchase Order Items

Hi everyone, I am analyisng a P2P process and in my data model I have an activity table, which is linked to the tables Vendor and Position via a vendor-/position-number. The Vendor table contains master data for all vendors which I buy stuff from, i.e. one row for each vendor. And the Position table contains master data regarding the purchas-positions I buy, i.e. one row for each purchase-position. So there is a 1:N relationship between the vendor- / position-table (1) and the activity table (N). Now I would like to display the amount I pay for all positions bought at one vendor. But if I sum up the values for all positions belonging to a certain vendor i do not get the desired value, but I get the sum for all positions for the vendor multiplied with all activities which have been carried out for this position. E.g. if I have 2 items I bought from a vendor, each costs 10, the formula does not calculate 20, but 180, as for both items 9 activites have been carried out. (10 * 9 * 2 = 180)

% take the wrong data base

Hi, I would like to understand, which data base that Celonis used to calcul is ratio. I have 3 406 PO with a PO Doc. type (ZNS, ZNB or ZST) I would like to see the % of each PO Doc type. I had use this formula : KPI(Ratio, EKKO.BSART = ZST) The result is 14.67%, while I should see 37.70%. I create a OLAP table, if I put the same formula but add a Case Count Column, the result is good. If I retired the Case Count column the result is wrong. Whats happened ? SHould I add a case count in my ratio formula ?

Count Filtered Cases

Helly everyone, I am currently searching for an opportunity to display two filtered KPIs stacked on each other. I have already found out about the stacking function. Now I am struggling with counting the cases filtered within the formular. I tried something like COUNT_TABLE(Table1(CASE WHEN Table1.Filter_Column = Filter_Word THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) I also tried it with the simple COUNT function as well. Both do not work, respectively give the intended result (Count Table does not work, Count simply gives a number for every occurence of that criterion) But what I want is the number of cases where that exact criterion is true. As a background, my filter criterion is always valid for the whole case, so if one activity of a case has that criterion, every activity of that case will have it. It actually seems so simple, but I just dont get it right. I am very thankful for your help. Kind regards Matthias
