Hi, I did a test about the Conformance analysis in Celonis. How does the conforming cases (%) are calculated ? I created a process like this : image1076124 9.2 KB And that are the process for a specific case (NO ALLOWLISTED) : image280788 19.7 KB The system say that the conformance cases (%) is 100% : But is not the true I dont understand thanks in advance. Hi Audrey, this looks indeed not correct. After creating the model under Edit process model, did you click on Launch Analysis button on the bottom right? Best David

Hi Audrey, can you please submit a ticket to the service desk via https://servicedesk.celonis.com/ ? To give some feedback and investigate further, we would need some more information, like the EMS team name, or the Celonis version if you are using the on-prem CPM4 product.
