Conformance Casc (%)

Hi,
I did a test about the Conformance analysis in Celonis. How does the conforming cases (%) are calculated ?
I created a process like this :

And that are the process for a specific case (NO ALLOWLISTED) :

The system say that the conformance cases (%) is 100% :

But is not the true I dont understand

Hi Audrey,
this looks indeed not correct. After creating the model under Edit process model, did you click on Launch Analysis button on the bottom right?

To give some feedback and investigate further, we would need some more information, like the EMS team name, or the Celonis version if you are using the on-prem CPM4 product.

Did we get any answers to this. Very interested to see how the percentages are calculated.
I am sure there wont be any but were there any filters while referring to the conformance percentage
