Export/Import Analyses across Teams

Hello everyone, recently, I wanted to move an analysis/workspace (IBC process analytics) from one team outside of my organization to a workspace within my organization (two different teams). Hereby, I have started with Exporting the workspace (see screenshot), which gives me two JSON files (analyses.json & process.json). My question is, how do I import those two files within my internal workspace? Not having to rebuild the analyses would clearly mean a lot of time saving. Does anyone have suggestions here?
