How to translate activity names in EMS?

Hello peers, I want to translate the names of individual activities in my model from German to English. Using the name mapping functionality I am able to change the names of the tables or columns as desired. When using the translate feature in the EMS, I am able to change the display names of the various objects like KPIs, records etc. Both these methods do not facilitate the translation of activity names. Is it possible to enable this translation and how? Thanks in advance!

Getting all (inbox) tasks with details

Hi, Do you have any proven method for getting ALL task related to record? I know there's action flow allowing to get details of a task for specific record it, but first I would like to get all of them. Best would be to upload that data into table. I know about legacy view task list, but it's no viable and we cannot wait for implementation of that component into new views. Best Regards,Mateusz Dudek

Is there a way to start an Action Flow via an URL with some fields? Just like the Manual Sensor in Skills, but for Action Flows.

That way I could put the link in the button in an Analysis, and the users could click there, fill in some fields, and done - and that would execute the Action Flow with the values of the formular.

Hi All, I am trying to create a KPI total open invoice value in a month by keeping Posting date as the timeline month.

Example in the below picture is one of the scenarios: 1. Invoice is posted in Jan 2023 but paid in May 2023. Hence, the total open invoice amount should be accountable for not only Jan but also for feb, march and april. Unfortunately, I get the Total open invoice amount accounted from the posting month followed by all the rest of the month in the data set. Celonis Extractor Server for SQL Server?

Good evening,I have consulted the documentation on OnPremise Celonis Extractor Server (https://docs.celonis.com/en/on-premise-extractors.html), but as far as I can see there is guidance only for SAP and servers with JDBC.I would like to implement Celonis Extractor Server directly on a SQL Server without JDBC endpoints, is this possible?Where can I find a guide or documentation?Thanks

Hi all, i have an olap table with the dimension of all my activities and as my kpi the count of the activities (done with count table of all activities).

Now i want to have this number for Change Price as a single KPI number, my idea was to use the count table for the kpi and a Component filter with 'FILTER PROCESS EQUALS 'Change Price''. But it shows me a much larger number. Can pls anyone help me. Thanks in advance, king regards Louis

AF that sends a mail to suppliers - can supplier response be redirected?

Hello everyone, I have set up an Action Flow that informs our suppliers regularly and also requires an information import back to us from our supplier. The information flow to the supplier is possible via an Action Flow (Sending of a CSV attachment via Mail). My question is there a possibility for the supplier to send the answer back to Celonis (via a Webook, Web GUI) etc.? I know this is a predestined case for Emporix, however, as this is a very urgent topic, I'm wondering if there are any possibilities with the "normal" Action Flows? Thank you so much! Cycle Time between activities when activity happens manually

Hi, I need to determine the Cycle time of each activity that is not fully automated to determine the impact of not being fully automated. The Cycle time must be from the activity before the specific activity to the activity after the specific activity. How can I do that without specifically referencing the activity - hence 1 PQL that can apply to all non-fully automated activities.

Did anyone create a code to automatically delete/update component content in the analysis using pycelonis ML workbench?

We would like to move to KM usage, but we have a lot of legacy analysis to be linked to KM. Ideally we would like to develop a code that could update reference from local KPI to KM kpi? E.g. from KPI("CT AVG") to KPI("CT_AVG"). I can identify approximate cases where update needs to happen, but I cannot really find if it is possible (and how) to do the update of KPI name in the component itself.

We'd like to centrally hide the menu entry "Marketplace" for Business Users . Unfortunately I couldn't find a setting in the section Admin & Serttings -> Permissions for that.

Constantly users try to request access to our app portfolio via the Marketplace. (Maybe they didn't notice the "Apps" section and think specific access needs to be requested in "Marketplace" ...) This will help new business users to focus on the important content and reduce the email notification (spam for admins) about new app requests from users.
