We need to upload files of more than 1 Gb size. Is the IBC Loader that can be downloaded from GitHub recommended by Celonis? Is there any other way to upload big files? Thanks

Hi,  I am currently using this code: SUM("Sheet1"."Column1".'1' / SUM("Sheet1"."Column1") and I am essentially trying to find out how many 1s, 2s, and '-' there are, in the form of a percentage. I tried doing "Sheet1"."Column1".'1' so specific which value I am trying to calculate but I don;t think the code is correct? Thanks,Terence

In my current UseCase i do have the following issue: I have five transporters. Each of the them transports 5 packages.Therefore i do have 25 rows in my table. I also have the time when the packages need to be delivered and when the transporter delivered them. I want my pie-chart to show how many transporters delevered their entire load of packages on time and how many did deliver at least one package to late.

I want to create an alert which sends e-mail to a group of recipients when the Data Load is successful. Is it possible to trigger an alert directly from Celonis? I can subscribe to a data pool to get alerts on reload failure but not when It is successful. In addition Is it possible to get the Log history of the reloads for analysis?

Hi Community,I was wondering if someone would have the solution to my challenge:I have built an OLAP table with one dimension and multiple KPIs. The dimension is the Country, and the KPIs are the number of entries in the PO table (COUNT_TABLE(case_table)), the number of distinct values of a specific field (COUNT(DISTINCT case_table.field), the total cycle time between 2 activities and then different ratios like automation, change and rework rates which use the activity table as basis. I also show the total value of the POs per country and have used here for statement SUM(case_table.value). Yet, doing so it appears that the calculated value is not correct as it identifies the value of each PO line and sums it up for each activity encountered on the PO lines. The same formula used in a pie chart returns the correct value.When I hide the different ratios in the table, the correct total value is returned.  The first two KPIs with the count of entries also show correct values at any time. I

Hello, how do you deal best with deleted records in Delta extractions? For a set of tables, we see, that delta jobs do not account for records that are deleted in the data source.E.g. when we extract a table and at that specific point in time it has - let's say - 50 records, but in the meantime, 25 of them get deleted, we have different data in Celonis and in the data source. The next delta job will not remove those records in Celonis, but only add changes or new records. Only a full extraction will overwrite the table and in the process of doing so, remove the deleted records.The question therefore is, what is best practice here? What options other than the Real-Time-Extractor and running full jobs daily do we have? Thanks!

Our jobs are running on SSMS. So we are planning to trigger Data model on Celonis after the job is completed using a shell script. I would Like to know if this is possible? Or if there is any other way to trigger the Data model after our job is done?

We have a high interest and demand in the market to use & implement Celonis for helping the clients in migrating to S/4HANA. I reviewed the frictionless system migration (S/4HANA) webinar. it was useful and insightful, it also showed how Celonis can support their clients throughout the different migration phases.  As stated, in the design phase that Celonis can help in Master data consolidation, Testing, and data transformation. but unfortunately, it wasn’t stated exactly in details how can Celonis help throughout the migration in the previously mentioned areas. Thanks in advance.

Hi, We want to calculate process conformance as a KPI in the OLAP table for each company codes, markets etc as dimensions. Two years back Celonis team showed us that this can be done by opening process conformance analysis -> press F12 and then scan the browser logs for certain keywords and use some part of the logs into the OLPA table KPI editor.However, I dont recall all the steps but would like to understand if someone can share these steps again that would be really helpful. We have 4.6 on premise setup. PS: Tried using CONFORMANE PQL syntax but this proved way more difficult given complex process model design. Regards,Amogh
