How to update the activity table with a new version of a CSV file for second time?

I am trying to update an activity table in an ongoing analysis, I tried to follow this guide

But I get the error 403 (same as discussed in the question). I have updated the table once sucessfully but updating a second time yields this error. Is it. a restriction in Celonis that this feature is only available one time per user?
