Table order is reversed after manual file upload

Hello all,i have a question regarding my table order after a manual file upload. Everytime I upload my table, the table is reversed according it's case number. All activities are then ordered from last (top) to first(bottom) in each respective case. The table is also ordered according to Case IDs in general. Hello everybody. I'm trying to create an action flow that generates an excel report in xlsx format that allows formatting headers and is able to generate a large volume of data. Does anyone have a solution?

Currently we are using the csv module to generate the report, however it does not allow formatting of numbers and headers. We also tried to use the excel 365 module but it only allows inserting information row by row which does not allow generating a large volume of data.

Moving packages between teams on different clusters

I would like to move the contents (data models, packages) of on team to another team.Since the teams are on different clusters (eu-1 and eu-5) this does not seem to work with the regular "copy to" function. This question has already answered that this is possible with the Machine Learning Workbench.Is there another way we can do this without using the ML Workbench?Thank you!

Action Flow running out of memory

I have built an Action Flow that retrieves some data with many query data modules (around 10mb in total), creates some csv files and sends them via email as attachments. The problem is that every time that I run it, it run to the last query data module and then it starts raising the following warning:Invoking garbage collector because of high memory usage [used=848035840,max=950000000,timeout=25000](with different numbers as used. The thing is that we are talking about like 10mb of data, so I don't understand what is going wrong.Also, if I remove the last modules (last query data and last create csv modules), the warning is still present in what previously was the second-last module (that now is the last). In my last try, this led to a Limit Exceeded in the studio, that I think is not true, since we usually are way more below the limit in terms of amount of data stored. What am I doing wrong here?

Dear Community,trying to implement a dynamic filter via load script which should allow to exclude certain purchasing groups by default - the idea is to create a button or smth that allows the user to turn it on again.

I actually found a solution for a similar question here. Proposed was the following formula: FILTER "xx"."yy" =CASE WHEN <%=option1%> = 'a' THEN 'value'WHEN <%=option1%> = 'b' THEN 'value2'END; However, as a whole list of purchasing groups needs to be excluded instead of '=' or '!=' we would need to work with NOT IN / NOT LIKE... Meaning something like: FILTER "xx"."yy" NOT INCASE WHEN <%=option1%> = 'a' THEN ('Value1', Value2', ...)END; But somehow I don´t get the syntax, right? Can anyone help? Thanks a lot :)

Activity Order is false in Process/Variant Explorer but Ok in underlying data

Hello everyone,i have a small problem with the representation of activities in my Celonis. For some reason a few activities are not in order when i look at them via the Variant/Process Explorer. However, if i look into my data via SQL Vertica in the Data Jobs, the Activities are in order. I believe this, because each Activity has a sorting number (descending). Usually i would expect the Activity/Process Explorer to show me the Cases in accordance with their sorting number, however this is not the case for every activity/case. Some are Ok, but some don't fit. Is there any (easy) solution for my problem? What causes this deviation?

Define variable in Action Flow

I am using the function DATEDIFF in the dashboard in order to retreive the time elapsed between the creation of an order and the MAX time in the system.To to this I store this last datetime in a variable, and I use it between quotes in the DATEDIFF function. I can't use this workaround in Action Flow, hence it's giving me the following error: The operation failed with an error. 400: Wrong arguments for DATEDIFF: The aggregation function MAX cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Please check that there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs. I've tried to store it as variable using the Set Variable tool, but differently from the analysis it doesn't directly retreive the value of the formula (in order to avoid the error above), but instead he just puts the formula inside the query data where I have the DATEDIFF. How can I work this out? Thanks

Connect JIRA with API

Hi, I have a project on which we are supposed to connect Celonis with JIRA with API. In resource section /help/display/CIBC/Jira+Connection it says we should use "Enter the name of the new Jira Data Connection." but we do not have such connector (see screenshot). So, I suppose we need to use Extractor Builder where we can build Extractor for REST APIs calls.I received JIRA url and private key but am not sure how to proceed. When I choose authentication method OAuth2, it requests for client ID and client secret,when I choose API key, I paste URL and private key, but got error message:"Connection test failed, please check the Data Connection's configuration and ensure that the system is running: Request failed with response code: 404 response body: Oops, you've found a dead link. - JIRA" Is there something I am missing in extractor (some other authentication used for private key?) or is there any connector which could be used for JIRA connection?

Using Iframe to access localhost hosted html page to bring custom python generated components into Celonis.

Hello, Recently I wanted to present some data in a form of interactive map generated in Python and include that into html site. I had an idea that if I cannot insert that as any other component, I could try to use Iframe to just place that in the business view. I've tried to do with my own private domain and it look promising, however much better would be just running local webserver in ML workbench and seeing that. Here's the code snippet used from internet: I've also check if the site is really accessible in the ML workbench with Curl tool - I can see whole html code. Unfortunately when inserting that URL as src in Iframe component I can't get any data: I've tried to put URLs:- http://localhost:8080/example.html- http://localhost:8080/example http://localhost:8080 Any ideas how to access localhost website? I'm not sure if I can change anything in html code, as event simplest html sites if hosted on normal domain, seems to be working fine. Please note that
