Celonis Free Plan

When trying to create a process copilot this is the error I getWhat do I do? I’m trying this in Celonis training environment 

I just set up a free account. I am an admin in the account.I created a data pool and then when I click on “Connect to data source” it flashes the dialog box with the connection options for a second and then the screen switches to a 403 error - “oops you’re not supposed to be here”I checked the permissions on the data pool and the correct permissions are set.I checked the permissions for the the user (an Admin) and all is correct.I searched the community but did not see a match.Any ideas?Thanks!

Hello, I’ve registered today to access the Celonis Free Plan demo platform (with demo data, etc), but I can’t seem to find the link needed to get to it. I’ve tried using https://id.celonis.cloud/ but it only gets me to a User Management screen. Thank you

Unfortunately, despite my strong dedication to completing the program successfully, I have encountered some challenges that prevented me from obtaining the certification. My first attempt at the business assessment was disrupted due to an unexpected technical issue during the exam, which caused me to lose that opportunity. In my second attempt, I unfortunately did not pass the test. As a result, I currently remain uncertified, which is disheartening given the effort I have invested throughout the program.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?

Hi there guys! I noticed that Celonis Free Plan and Academic Alliance are no longer available for new users? When googling these options, all options lead to do this link:  https://signup.celonis.com/ui/sign-up/get-started Upon registration, users can choose between ‘Celopeers’ and ‘Academy’, but no actual acces to the platform is provided.The Celonis website still says ‘try for free’ everywhere however, but there is no way new users can try anything out at this moment. Is this a glitch or are the Celonis Free Plan and Academic Alliance disbandend? It’s strange because they are still heavily promoted as ‘try for free’. Curious to hear your answers, kind regards, Dennis Arrindell.

Hello! I'm having trouble understanding how to use the training / free plan environment with my own data. There is a guided tour that uses demo data set, I went through the beginning of it but don't understand how to create a project with my own data... I have a CSV file with an event log example. This is what I have tried so far. Go to Studio, create a new package, first step is "Choose Data Model". There is no option to upload a file and only the demo models are available on the list.Go to Business Miner. It shows a message about "Setting up Project Workspace", click Let's Get Started. Select Process Type = Other. This takes me to a screen that has "Choose your Data Model" and it has an "oops" message (see screenshot) saying to "contact your admin". Hi together, In Celonis Snap it seems that the Anonymization & Pseudonymization feature is locked. Just out of interest, how exactly does the feature look like in the enterprise edition? So it is possible to a.) anonymize (not possible to trace back / recover), and b.) pseudonymize e.g. with custom string or hash (possible to trace back / recover) ?
