I created an action flow which gets data from the data model and creates a pdf file every day. In the second step it sends the pdf to my email adress. Once in a while the data load doesn't succeed. So the pdf send by the action flow is not up-to-date (data is from the day before). I tried to put a router in between and have two email options. One for the pdf and one with an error message. As a filter I used "now earlier than addHours( timestamp ; 24 )". How could I get the time of the last data load as "timestamp" in this filter?Thank you so much!

Hello all, I have a dropdown for choosing a time dimension (day, week, year etc.). My charts change with changing this dimension so I can see my data on a more or less aggregated base. The only thing I struggle with is the conditional formatting of the dimension. I tried with setting a second variable as the target formatting but dont know how to insert this variable in the formatting field of my chart dimension. How can I do this? Thanks in advance!

I have two data pools.(A) One data pool extracts P2P data from an SAP system. This connection is shared.(B) The other data pool uses the first data pool as a connection. The tables are synchronized. After extracting the table EINE in A, it is not automatically updated in B (see screenshots).The documentation states that it should be done automatically "If new rows are added to the tables and views of the exported Data Connection, the data will be available automatically in the importing Data Pools" https://docs.celonis.com/en/transfer-data-between-data-pools.htmlIt seems that there is a routine which updates the table in B at a certain moment. But I do not know how to control/trigger this.

Hi,we would like to connect our Jira project to Celonis with API.  we couldn't find a standard connector so we've created a New Extractor with Extractor Builder using REST APIs calls. For autentication we used API token as specified in the documentation. The connetion tests run succesfully but, when we try to Build the response we have this error message:"Cannot get samples from source system: Unable to read the response"  Can anyone help us to solve the problem ? Thanks for you time.Giulia

We are currently migrating to Celonis EMS, however we are experiencing an issue with the Impala connector. Celonis creates queries such as  Select * from "schema"."table" where Impala interprets " as string delimiter. Other tools that are talking to our Impala database, including Celonis on-premise, do not have this issue. Does anyone know how to configure the Celonis Impala data connection to change this? Many thanks in advance! Joos Buijs - APG

In my project, I'm experiencing an issue with PQL pull-up functions. I am utilizing pull-up functions because Level 2 and Level 3 Columns are generated based on augmented attributes (User Updated in Celonis). If I use those fields directly in the Logics, I get a common table error as we are pulling data from multiple tables.Using PU_FIRST gives me the oldest first record. Using PU_LAST gives me the latest record.I looked over the documentation, but I couldn't find any alternatives.I tried with BIND and DOMAIN Table Functionalities those are also not working. Please let me know if you have any knowledge on the aforementioned question Thanks in Advnace.

I do not want to use a selection. filter CALC_CROP(first_OCCURRENCE['Start'] to last_OCCURRENCE['End'], "Activities"."Activity Name") = 1; For some reason it does not apply the filter and crop accordingly. Is there something I am missing? ('Start' and 'End' are placeholders)

I am trying to create a formula to calculate the total of all invoices for a vendor (but not yet cleared) when an invoice for that vendor is posted. I am using SAP data, and trying to calculate using data from the BSEG table. I am displaying this total in an OLAP table in an analysis. I am passing in the posting date of the current invoice as a parameter ({p1}). The result displayed is the vendor invoice total for all invoices, for all records. PU_SUM("LFA1", "BSEG"."WRBTR", ("BSEG"."BUDAT" <= {p1}) AND ("BSEG"."AUGDT" >= {p1})) The Vendor Master table (LFA1) and the Invoice Line Item table (BSEG) are linked in the data model via MANDT (Client) and LIFNR (Vendor ID). Whatever help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm trying to do an analysis where I require the item data from delivery notes ( LIPS table), however for some reason in this specific table I have no information regarding items with delivery type = HOD, NL, and NLCC, only LF and LR appear. I checked all analysis filters and found nothing. LIKP table has HOD, NL, and NLcc information and so do VTTTP and VTTK.Can someone tell me what the issue might be? Thank you

Hi all, I am getting an error when I am extracting data in my training environment. I am attempting to extract a 200mb table from my Azure SQL database.  My data consumption is 1.74gb of 4gb. Data consumption levels had previously been exceeded on the 14/01/2023. I have attempted to upload even smaller tables and the same issue persists.Is there a quick solution to this.

Dear all, just out of curiosity. In the O2C Template data model the tables VBRP and LIPS are joined to the VBFA and then to VBAP.
