Task mining data configuration failures I've recently started learning on the Celonis Academy courses and I'm stuck on the Task Mining sandbox.There is an error in the data configuration, it keeps failing:Uploading paquets from my machine seems to go fine:Yet it is impossible to analyse the recorded and uploaded task mining data, I'm guessing because the data configuration failed?It has been over two hours since my test tasks were recorded and uploaded. Does anyone know what is failing here and how to fix this?

 I have a table that I am doing an extract of last 1 year. Once the extract is complete, there is 1 column in it (let's say invoice number) that had some activity occurred for it few years back. I am trying to do a second extract of the same table where no date constraint is in effect but using invoice number column values in "Additional Filter" condition.Steps Performed:Extract table data for last 1 year.Create a dummy table to save invoice number column values in it.Create a list parameter to save all those invoice number values in it.Try a second extract of same table without "Enable creation date filter" condition.Use the parameter value in Additional Filter condition (Invoice IN <%=hist_param%>. I am getting an error in the second extract "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000".Its an on-prem extractor in use.

Hi all One of my use case is to monitor a number of fields being left empty at the sales order creation. In order to keep track of these issues and make sure the root cause are being resolved permanently, I want to create a "status" for each item (in the example below, we are monitoring the Plant field). Status:NOK = plant field is missingOK (fixed) = plant field was changed from NULL to any valueOK = all the other cases it is the second option 'OK (fixed)' that is causing me some headaches and I would appreciate your help. Does Celonis EMS has the function to consoliate several applications, with differnt data model, into 1 cockpit view? And also use common feild, such as "Material number", for all those application to dynamicly filter those app in that 1 view?

I have a table were I only want to extract last 20 days of data based on "Update" datetime column. As the parameter option has a fixed start time (default value), I am looking for an option to add a SQL in Filter Statement where it substract 20 days from current date. This is giving error "Error parsing filter:"SQL used in Filter Statement: ColumnName >= TIMESTAMPADD ('day', -20, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP AT TIME ZONE 'US/Eastern')As this is Full load extraction, I am not using "Enable Change Date Filter". I also tried the option of creating parameters and changing value in transformation but that too didn't work.Any help would be appreciated.

How do I calculate throughput time from start to end for cases that did not meet a certain criteria. e.g I want to calculation the throughput time for cases that has a STP Fail = 'Yes"

I have a customer who also uses celonis. We would like to push them tables from our instance into theirs. Of course we could also make the raw tables available and they could extract them directly. But was assuming there was also a capability to share a data pool externally from my instance. Is that a possibility? I could not find any documentation on this...

Example: KPI_A: 0% (weight 1)KPI_B: 90% (weight 2)KPI_C: NULL (weight 1)-> Expected outcome: 60% (2*0,9+1*0)/3 KPI_A: 0% (weight 1)KPI_B: 90% (weight 2)KPI_C: 0%(weight 1)-> Expected outcome: 45% However all I came up with is:((KPI_A*1)+(KP_B*2)+(KPI_C*1))/4 which is resulting in NULL if any of the KPIs is NULL. I could sove is using extensive nested CASE WHENs catching every possible combination but that seems quite cumbersome and hard to read/maintain. Does anyone have a better appraoch or PQL function I am missing?

Is it possible to dynamically make an OLAP table component column visible / invisible based on a variable? Also, is it possible to make a KPI component visible/invisible based on the same variable?The objective is to use one Analysis but limit certain data from being displayed for different end-customers? I know I can filter component by the customer name but I haven't found any mention in the ONLINE HELP on dynamic visibility of components.

We have a problem where we are using a case when statement to derive columns with aggregated buckets. When we try and group the buckets into case numbers, it groups the entire count of case numbers into a single bucket. Rather than splitting the data into multiple different buckets. Hi there,is there any statement to count the occurances of a process pattern within a single case?e.g. set price block - change price - remove price block occurs 3 times for case #123Potential Use Case:How often is a price block removed without a price change.So far I can only count the cases for which this pattern occurs at least once (PROCESS EQUALS/MATCH_PROCESS) but not how often.Very thankful for some advice!Best regardsManoah Rudisile

I created an action flow which gets data from the data model and creates a pdf file every day. In the second step it sends the pdf to my email adress. Once in a while the data load doesn't succeed. So the pdf send by the action flow is not up-to-date (data is from the day before). I tried to put a router in between and have two email options. One for the pdf and one with an error message. As a filter I used "now earlier than addHours( timestamp ; 24 )". How could I get the time of the last data load as "timestamp" in this filter?Thank you so much!

Hello all, I have a dropdown for choosing a time dimension (day, week, year etc.). My charts change with changing this dimension so I can see my data on a more or less aggregated base. The only thing I struggle with is the conditional formatting of the dimension. I tried with setting a second variable as the target formatting but dont know how to insert this variable in the formatting field of my chart dimension. How can I do this? Thanks in advance!
