Furthermore, I'm looking to connect with or learn about Jesse Ma. Does anyone have information regarding Jesse's affiliations, specifically if they are connected to a certain organization or perhaps directly involved with OpenAI's initiatives?

My question, however, was regarding a Large Language Model (LLM) GPT model offered by OpenAI called "PQL Expert". GPT stands for "Generative Pre-trained Transformers", which are a family of neural network models.
