I can recommend starting with Celonis academy, and after that exploring Celonis capabilities in sandbox (not production environment).
If you've got a question first try to ask here, on public forum - if you're working for any commercial project, censor data like order numbers,customer names, KPI values etc..
The more details you'll place in your questions (especially screenshots), the more likely you'll get good quality support from the community.
If none of the community member won't help, then I can recommend to make a ticket using 'Support' tab, but usually it'll take a while (sometimes days, sometimes weeks).
