Pinned filter in 4.5

Im trying to create a pinned filter (/selection) in a dashboard on Celonis 4.5According to the documentation (https://help.celonis.de/display/CPM45/Filter+Editor) this should work:SELECT PINNED YEAR("EVENTLOG"."EVENTTIME") AS "YEAR" = 2010;However, Celonis then reports that SELECTED is not supported anymore.I therefore triedFILTER PINNED YEAR(EVENTLOG.EVENTTIME) AS YEAR = 2010;But this does not work.How do I create pinned filters in Celonis 4.5?

Histogram grouped not on case

Hi all,We would like to show a histogram, where the dimension is not calculated per case but per customer.Concretely, we would like to know how many customers have 1 case running, how many 2-4, 4-6, etc.The regular histogram would be great because of its auto-binning feature. However, it automatically assumes that the dimension is calculated per case.Any ideas how we can use the histogram component, or mimic this behavior in a bar chart?

Exclude NULL from Color Mapping

Hi everyone,does somebody know a possibility to exclude NULL values from the color mapping?I have an OLAP showing Projects in regards their delivery date differentiating between current internal responsiblity and external. For internal we measure against an internal deadline, while for externals this date is empty. So the color mapping should only apply on the lines with filled values, but all Null values are set red:Best regards,David

Pop-up with detail-information on analysis

Hi all, is there an option to also create pop-ups when a viewer is moving with the mouseover a field or analysis? E. g. there is a button in the analysis that shows a KPI and when I am putting my mouse over the field there will show up the explanation how the KPI is calculated. I only no the functionality to create message buttons but this makes it confusing. Thanks.

One Case ID with different cases

Hello,I try to create an OLAP table where I can see the reasons why an invoice is being rejected. Since an invoice can be rejected by more than one reason, how can i display all the reasons?When I do a CASE WHEN it takes the first reason it matches. And is it possible to display more than one reason in one column? E.g. Reason a + Reason b in one column?Thank youSasan

Add manual activities

Hi, I am looking for a possibility to add extra activities in the data model. We connected our Oracle data in the data model and have based on that data our activities. We have a system that is related to the Oracle data, but we can only add the data manually. Now I am looking for a way to included those event logs in the proces explorer, by add and connecting manually added activities. Is this possible?

Unattached time dimension

Ive got trouble finding a solution to calculate how many cases have a specific status atthe end of each day. There are only three possible values the status can have (A,B,C). To calculate how many cases have the status A, I am using the following formula:RUNNING_TOTAL(COUNT_TABLE(MAIN_TABLE)) -RUNNING_TOTAL(COUNT(DISTINCT CASE WHEN MAIN_TABLE.STATUS = B THEN MAIN_TABLE.CASE_ID ELSE NULL END))-RUNNING_TOTAL(COUNT(DISTINCT CASE WHEN MAIN_TABLE.STATUS = C THEN MAIN_TABLE.CASE_ID ELSE NULL END))The other two KPIs are calculated the same way, only the Status fields are changed accordingly.What I am now looking for is a time range as the dimension. This range should include every single day since one year. The Creation Date of the Case or the Eventtime of an Activity wont work, because the statuses can be changed on a daily basis but does not have to be. If none of the statuses are changed, then this day should still appear in my OLAP table.Do you maybe have a solution @d.becher?Best Regards

Load Failed: Cycle in joins detected

How to count sales order (VBAK) that under goes activities?

Hello Everyone,I hope you all doing good I would like to see how many orders that are going through Credit Check. Normally, thecredit check was executed on the Header level, which means we do not care about position lines. But in the Celonis the activity is defined from Order item not from the order header level.In order to see the total number of orders that are going through credit check , I have implemented PQL codeAsCOUNT((CASE WHEN _CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN IN (Deny Credit Check,Approve Credit Check)THEN " VBAK".VBELN ELSE NULL END))/COUNT_TABLE(VBAK)But still it counts the activity.Do you have any idea, how to count only sales orders for an activity by using any other function?Thanks in AdvanceWith regardsRahul

changing Case_ID - How does it work?

Hello, i want to visualize a big process in Celonis. This process runs through several systems. I now have the problem with my CASE_ID because they change through the process. This means, for example, that the process begins with a measure number, later the measure number becomes an order, and in the end this order becomes another order. So the 1: 1 relationship is given, but I have to consider the change of the CASE_ID. Can someone help me? Example: Step1: 700350000 Step2: 6125600 Step3: 6185600 thx.

Distribution of Eventtimes for Specific Activities

Hi together,I have the following question. To check if a SAP batch run for the invoice creation is scheduled at the best time I would like to check when the manual invoice creations occuring normally at a day.For example:Batch runs at 15 PM, but most of the invoices are created manually at 10 AM (for whatever reason). So it would be maybe better to run the batch at 10AM.Im thinking about a graph or diagramm whichs shows me the time as a dimension (in hours, 8AM, 9AM and so on) and the number of invoice creations at the different points of time at a day.Is something like this possible? Is there a limited number of conditions that can be added in the CASE WHEN function?

Issue with inner join in PQL

Component Filter using KPI as filter requirement

HelloI am trying to filter a OLAP table with the component filter. I have a KPI that is comparing three date values and is capturing the lastest date. I want to filter the OLAP table in the component filter where the Latest Date is blank to not appear in the table.I have tried the following and have been unsucessful:FILTER KPI(LatestDate) != NULLFILTER KPI(LatestDate) != Error message: Operator implementation could not be found or wrong types. Payment Term Null/Blank

Hello !I am trying to compare payment terms (ZTERM) from two tables: LFB1 & EKKOCurrently my formula below is not working because the cases where LFB1.ZTERM is showing as - in an OLAP table and EKKO.ZTERM has a value, is not marking it has Different Terms. Convert to Date

Dear All,in my source data I have a field that I need to convert to Date.My field mask is DDMMYYSerialnumbe and represents barcode.I have used TO_TIMESTAMP and SUBSTRINGTO_TIMESTAMP(SUBSTRING(BSEG.ZUONR,0,2)||.||SUBSTRING(BSEG.ZUONR,2,2)||.||20||SUBSTRING(BSEG.ZUONR, 4, 2), DD.MM.YYYY)Sometimes however bardode has incorrect format. Can I have a function that will convert to date if format is ok and leave NULL is format is not ok?

Accessing all folders and analyses within a project

Connection KPI for custom Activity KPI

Dear Colleagues,I have built a custom Process Explorer Activity KPI, that takes the number of activity occurences from Case Level (BSEG table) and aggregates on header level (BKPF). This is because some activities are happing on header level, regardless of how many invoice lines we have. For example I post invoice only once and want to show value 1, even though it can be posted on 5 vendor item lines (BSEG=5).I want to apply the same for Process explorer connection KPI, but I dont know how to handle it.Can you please help me understand how to apply the logic to connection KPI? Same data model used by different business areas

Weve got the challenge that one data model (for O2C) is used by several different business areas like Sales, Logistics or Finance. Every business area likes to get their specific process activities defined in the data model and number of activities increases significantly. In order to avoid that every business area needs to deal with very detailed activities they are not interested in Id like to provide a customized data model for each business area just showing their relevant process activities. Due to license restrictions we could not simply multiply the data model. Now Im looking for ideas how to solve this issue.
