SUM of two KPI values in views

Hi,I would like to calculate SUM of two KPIs and display it in the views( using text box or kpi card etc.) Currently, i am trying to update the variable with KPI value using Onclick update variable option. But it seems to only store id, name and metadata of variable. I cannot access the value of KPI using Metadata object. I can only add KPI reference in any component using ".id" property of metadata object. SUM is not possible with ID references.Kindly suggest on how to achieve this.Thank you :) Best Regards,Shravya B

Is it possible to use REMAP_VALUES within Load Script to use it for the whole screen ?

With REMAP_VALUES I was successfully able to remove an unwanted activity from my process flow. Now I am trying to use it with the load script to use it for the whole screen, but it doesn't work. Tried several syntax, but no success. Is there a way using it?

Allowlisting Celonis IP addresses

Hi everyone, I have a problem executing an HTTP request through the Action Flow. In fact, when I try to make a request, I get the status code 403 because, as the log says, the source IP is not in allow list. Furthermore, the client IP shown in the log's details is different every time. Then, what outbound IP range should I have to communicate to the customer to solve this issue? In the Celonis' documentation I found these addresses (the second column is the one for the source IPs): Could they be correct? Thanks in advance,Emanuele

Hi, I am modelling a ticket process. I would like to know how I can show whether tickets are solved and closed by different employees, e.g. a ratio.

The relevant colums are 'status', which shows the ticket status, e.g. accepted, solved, closed, etc, and the column 'emailaddress', which shows the emailaddress of the employee who changed the status. A ticket should be solved and closed by different employees. Thus, when an employee closes a ticket, this should not be a ticket which that employee solved. I would like to see a ratio of the number of tickets that were solved and closed by the same employee and the number of tickets that were solved and closed by a different employee. Hi, DPO is the average number of days a company takes to pay its suppliers.Here is the logic I found in the process cockpit. Why do we need to multiply the "BSEG"."WRBTR field here as we need only the days of difference ? How to get information from LIKP with the Activity Table

hello, I'm trying to analyze the changes on the delivery headers (LIKP) but I wanna filter a specific plant. When I try to creat an OLAP table with the changes and the plant (LIKP.VSTEL) I get the following error message:"No common table could be found. The tables ["_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"] and ["LIKP"] are connected, but have no common table. This means that they do not have a direct (or indirect) 1:N or N:1 relationship. Join path: [_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES]N <-- 1![VBAP]!1 --> N[VBFA]N <-- 1[LIPS]N <-- 1[LIKP]. How to Connect VTTP table to LIPS Table ?

Hello, I'm trying to know how many different Materials I have inside a shipment. This shipment can have multiple DNs, when I try to create an OLAP table with Shipment Nº/Delivery No./ Material I get the following error: "No common table could be found. Process Minning for Office 365 tools

Hi Celopeers, Currently, we are facing the challenge of being able to extract metadata from excel, word, PPT files in order to mine the general activities performed in these applications and include them in an eventlog, for example the activities: open document, update document. For the moment we do not want to go to the level of detail of knowing what was done specifically in the document (which would mean a task mining use case). I am doing Accounts Payable Case Study ( Celonis DB and CASESTUDY schema).

I am doing Accounts Payable Case Study ( Celonis DB and CASESTUDY schema). It looks like the CPUTM column in BKPF and UTIME column in CDHDR tables are not correct. When I load the activities in Process Explorer, flow goes in all directions. Please help.Data in the CPUTM column in BKPF and UTIME column in CDHDR tables are '11/13/2018'. So the flow seems to be incorrect. Please clarify. Thanks!
