You can change the formula to
KPI("Ratio", PROCESS EQUALS ANY TO '(activity 1)' TO ANY TO '(activity 2)' TO ANY )
This will allow you to determine the ratio of cases that flow through any process of activities. You can include START and END as well if you'd like to determine the ratio of cases that start or end with a specific activity.
