I’ve got a KPI requiring to check whether a user is active in a certain timeframe based on a column in a table. In the event a user is inactive, it will count against the KPI. For example, if a user is active in January and February but not in March, the KPI would calculate to a 67% usage rate. I’ve figured out I can use the TIMELINE_TABLE function to map out when users are inactive. The issue I’m running into is filtering on the timeline table. I wind up getting an error message and I’m not sure how to troubleshoot it after reading through the documentation. When I select a specific user or time period, this error populates. I was using the formula template [ “TIMELINE_TABLE”().’Column Name’ ] for dimensions, but once I select a dimension or the timestamp column, I receive the above error. Any help would be fantastic!

Celonis Decision Intelligence Board RoomIt's Monday morning at a global manufacturer of industrial motors. The planning system has run overnight, and by 7 a.m. it has produced a beautiful plan. Given a demand forecast of 20,000 units for its flagship drive, it has scheduled the production line, committed delivery dates to thousands of customers, and released just enough raw material to land on the target inventory almost to the unit. On paper, the week is optimal.By Tuesday, the plan is fiction. A large customer triples an order. A supplier's shipment of castings slips by three days. One production line goes down for a shift. None of these events were in the forecast, and the "optimal" plan had no room to absorb them, because on Monday every bit of slack looked like waste. So the planner spends the rest of the week doing what planners everywhere do: overriding the system by hand, expediting freight at a premium, calling customers to renegotiate dates, and robbing one order to rescue a

Quick one: we recently ported an analysis to a view, and we had an Action Flow set up that exported the analysis as a PDF and sent it to a customer via email. Now that we've moved to a view, is there any way to do the same thing — PDF export of a view, sent via Action Flow?

I have been thinking about this for a while, and I feel process mining is useful mainly for establishing end-to-end visibility of a process, especially for people sitting at the top who want to view how the process is behaving. But the people who designed the process and the operations team executing it already know how the process behaves, where the bottlenecks are, and the ins and outs of the process. The PI analyst is usually an outsider who can generate a lot of improvement opportunities from the data, but a lot of these can be theoretical and can be rejected by the operations team because they are simply not possible. In this sense, the PI analyst can sometimes be similar to an uninformed management, because they have the information from the process but not necessarily the context of operating it. Also, every process comes with an agreement to fulfil its instances by the operations team through targets such as SLA and RPH, and the operations team is almost always managing to comp

I have observed that well paid process mining jobs are rare with my level of experience (8+ months+ 6 PI Projects built in ARIS)plus there's hardly any response from the market for this role. Is this profession worth investing time into because so far noone is willing to hire

Hi! I tried to add a new table to my data model (EORD) linked to EINE vía WERKS, MATNR, SYS_ID, MANDT, EKORG, ESOKZ, LIFNR.If I check this unique key in EINE ( Using: select WERKS,MATNR,SYS_ID,MANDT,EKORG,ESOKZ,LIFNR, count(*) AS Amount FROM ALL_NPM_EINE group by WERKS,MATNR,SYS_ID,MANDT,EKORG,ESOKZ,LIFNR order by Amount DESC ) and there is only one case per combination. So in a 1:N relationship it should work or? (EINE 1 → N EORD)Error Message: Case insensitive duplicated joins detected between tables: [EORD] and [EINE].
