Where can I find the expiration dates of certification exams in my Accademy profile?

Hi all, I am trying to find the pre-set expiration date of the certification exams I have completed so far. Upon completing also delta exams there was a small box with a sentence saying that "The earliest deadline you may face for any future Delta Exam is July 2023" - does this means that in July 2023 I might have to do another delta exam? And what if I am not completing it, will my certification expire? thank you for the support, Carlo Alberto (Celonis partner account)
