We understand one option is to push the result data from Celonis ML workbench back to the Celonis data pool and display in the UX. We are wondering is there a way for ML workbench embedded into Celonis UX in a dynamic manner: when a user changes filters and date range, the information can be passed to ML workbench, ML workbench computes the result and plot a graph and Celonis UX retrieves the graph and displays in Celonis UX.  Celonis Studio allows adding a image as a component, however my understanding is that the image is a static component as to be generated before hand and stored. We are hoping to add a image that's dynamically generated in ML workbench.

Hi,  We want to automate the creation of objects in Celonis (e.g. Data Pools, Spaces, Packages) by running a script when new business teams are onboarded to our platform. We do this by using the PyCelonis API. However, I was wondering if it is also possible to create groups and assign permissions for these groups using PyCelonis.  E.g. for Business Team 'X', we want to create:Data Pool 'X' Space 'X' Packages 'X1', 'X2', 'X3' Group 'X'Set Permissions for group 'X' within the Data Pool and the Space.  I couldn't find anything in the documentation regarding creating groups and setting permissions (only about viewing permissions), so it would be great if anyone knows if this is possible.  Thanks in advance!

Can I get values from a referenced case? Hi, in my datamodel the cases are customer's orders. An order can get paused due to other order of the same customer. In this case the first order also has the CaseID of the blocking order as a reference in the CASE table. Now I want to show each CaseID in a column and a value from the referenced Case in a seperate column.  I.e. I want to say something like:"Give me the value "CASE"."ORDER_TYPE" of the case whose CASE_ID is referenced in THIS case's column "CASE"."BLOCKED_BY". All attempts with Pull-Up and Domain_Table statements failed.Any ideas? BR Florian

When I am publishing a package the analysis gets published in the app but Action flows don't. What is the reason behind that? In TryCelonis even in apps, Action Flows are available.

Hello everyone We currently have a use case where we want Purchase Order Requesters to receive, once a week, an e-mail detailing all PO Items - that have not yet been reported, in previous weeks - that have 20% or less of their budget remaining. Where we need some input is, how do we send 1 e-mail per week, per Requester, containing only the Purchase Order Items assigned to them? We're currently only capable of sending 1 e-mail to all the requestors present in the data, so what we seem to need is a way to Parse E-mails, based on Requestor, with all their aggregated data! This information is present in a table's Columns, i.e: Thank you very much in advance!  P.S: Bear in mind we cannot use Google's Services, so we're limited to using an E-mailing Skill:  Best Regards, Vasco Carona

Is there a way to add a field from a different table than case table to the case explorer? So to have all fields from case table in case explorer but in addition to have one field coming from a different table?

When executing the Duplicate Invoice ML script, I get an exeption by invokingkm.add_custom_object(**config_object)Error message is AttributeError: 'KnowledgeModel' object has no attribute 'add_custom_object' knowledge_model.py seems to have that function and the how to uses this method as well.Does anybody have an idea? regards!

I tried connecting it via standard key fields (MANDT, VBELN, POSNR) but they seem to be shipment/delivery numbers and not sales order ones, so I tried connecting it to delivery/shipment tables but that doesn't seem to be working properly either. The goal is to get the carrier number from VTPA table and corresponding sales orders numbers.

Hello,I need to prepare a project plan for Task Mining + Process Mining. We've implemented Celonis many times for Process Mining and have standard ways of working. But for Task Mining, we will do it for the first time, and I am missing some details such as timeliness, milestones, and main deliverables. Could you please share your experience? One more thing, Task Mining is based on C4C+, not EMS.Thank you for the help! 

In my project we are looking to open SAP system directly from the Celonis Analysis. E.g. if I select an PO from Analysis, and click on Button to Open SAP system. Button should redirect to SAP system with the the table from where ussr can take action on that particular PO.

Hi guys! I’m trying to apply a particular filter to a dataset with many activities. The scenario is as follows. The raw event log contains activities done in a general hospital for over a year.If I want to get the process for a specific activity, I would normally just filter ‘Include only cases that contain ‘Knee Replacement Surgery’.  However, because there is so much going on in the hospital, such a filter is not enough. For example, if a person underwent a knee surgery is june 2021, the process map will also try to include other procedures that this person did in january 2021 or december 2021, even though these have nothing to do with the knee replacement surgery. For that reason, I’m trying to narrow the filter down as follows: “Provide an event log that only includes data of a maximum of 2 weeks in the past after the activity ‘Knee replacement surgery’ and a maximum of 2 weeks after this same activity.” Note that this is NOT the same as applying a general time filter on the event

I use free version and I crossed APC limit and then I deleted everything it's been already 4 days the APC consumption is not updated, the last APC consumption is updated days ago . How much I have to wait or is there any way that I can reset it manually ?
