Hi, has anyone created a data model for Accounts Payable using SAP FI-CA data? Could you please advise on its parameters - what do you take as case ID, which additional tables your add, which activities do you extract, etc.?
Dear all, I’d like to describe the process map like TMForum in the Process Designer . Like this : https://www.tmforum.org/certifications-awarded/huawei-digital-crm/business-process-framework/ TMForum eTOM There are the horizontal part and vertical part. When we use the hierarchical edit alone, it cannot describe so I think that graphic is useful for me to do that. In graphic edition, we can use some diagram like ppt, but this will not be stractured. So I’d like to keep stractured and reuse the process I made as possible as I can. I ask you to advice on which parts should be presented as graphics and which parts should be structured as text. Hi Community, I'm working on a use case in Celonis Studio where I want to take inputs from users directly via Studio Views — such as dropdown selections, text inputs, or button clicks — and then store those inputs in a backend SQL table (in a Celonis data pool). What are the recommended ways to capture user inputs from Studio Views (e.g., via Input Controls or custom components)?
Hello Celopeers, im new to Celonis and have created a view. There i use a Kpi which drops a lot of zero values. When trying to filter them out i always get the error that aggregated functions can not be used in combination with the FILTER function, and that i should try PU functions. The KPI i'm using is this: SUM( CASE WHEN round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktAuftrag"."AusgangForecast") = round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."Date") THEN 1 ELSE 0 END ) or alternetively this : COUNT(DISTINCT case when round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktAuftrag"."AusgangForecast") =round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."Date") then "o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."KnotenpunktAuftrag_ID" end) is simply want to calculate for each KnotenpunktFuellstand.Date, how many Order.IDs i have where the filter condition is met. So i can have a table where im using the date plus KPI to see, how many outgoing orders i can except for each date. How can i have a row-count, based on a condition formulated as a PU func
Hello, I am quite new to PQL and I tried to assign costs to spesific activities depending on the predecessor. When B is followed by C, only C should be assigned with certain costs. When A is followed by C, again C should be assigned with costs, but with a different value. The result should look like this: CaseID Time Activity Costs 150488 07:34 A 150488 08:30 B 150488 09:23 C 0,84 150488 09:45 D 150488 10:34 A 150488 11:45 C 1,56 150488 v E I tried this with the following code: CASE WHEN "ActivityTable"."Activity" = 'C' AND MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX ( "ActivityTable"."Activity", 'A' >> 'C' ) = 1 THEN 1.56 WHEN "ActivityTable"."Activity" = 'C' AND MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX ( "ActivityTable"."Activity", 'B' >> 'C' ) = 1 THEN 0.84 ELSE 0 END Unfortunately the table looks like that, so it assigns the wrong costs: CaseID Time Activity Costs 150488 07:34 A 150488 08:30 B 150488 09:23 C 1,56 150488 09:45 D 150488 10:34 A 150488 11:45 C 1,56 150488 v E Do you have a solution for this problem? Hey People, I need help sorting a coloumn in a table where each item number appears twice with a corresponding "Potential Savings" value. My goal is to sort the "Potential Savings" coloumn in descending order while keeping duplicate Item Numbers together (as shown in the current table). However, when I try to sort "Potential Savings," the duplicate entries get separated. Does anyone know how to sort the table in a way that maintains both the descending order of "Potential Savings" and keeps the duplicate items next to each other? Thanks in advance! Hello, our users face regulary the issue that if someone sends them link with a certain selection, what opens is their last selection of the view and not the selection that was shared with them. Is there any known way how to overcome this setup? If you send somebody a selection, this selection should alway show up if the person clicks on the link. Thank you for any advice. Jan

I'm encountering a persistent error in the View: "Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually." Even when I attempt to save the changes manually, the View does not get saved, and none of the modifications to the UI are being retained. Is anyone getting the same issue? what could be the possible resolution?
