Hi All,Need to apply filter while extracting the data to have rolling month/year data. For example the first day of extraction of data is 01/12/2022 to till now then after a month data should be extracted from 01/01/2023 to till now.

Tried applying the filter statement in one of the filters of table but it didn't support the sql query. Any guidance would be really helpful.

How to color code/group activities in Process Explorer used in Studio/Views

Hi,previously in process analytics I could manually group activities in the process explorer and designate a unique color. Is there a similiar function in Views (except of using different eventlogs which wouldnt make sense in my case) ? Views input-box with type number still considered a string on Javascript side

Hello there, is it intended behavior/am I doing something wrong, that even with the type attribute for an input-box set to number, the variable will still be considered a string on javascript side once set to a value via the input box?This of course results in the + operator behaving differently when performing calculations with javascript (see the example in the picture). While obvious in this case, as other operators will dynamically cast to int or float just fine and the default values work as intended before being changed by the variable input, it took more time than I'm willing to admit for me to understand, that this was the reason my annotation lines would sometimes not show up for my histogram. In our use case we are sending emails alerts to requisitioner in that we are sending them the emails and we are attaching the excel/csv file into that we want to store the date of email alerts somwhere in celonis and use that date to send escalation alert

Extraction Server: "Internal error" when changing connection prerequisites

Hi, we have an on-prem extraction server with a working uplink connection and working SAP/JDBC connections running.When we try adding a new DB connection, we receive this error message:"Connection test failed, please check the Data Connection's configuration and ensure that the system is running: Extractor responded with an internal error" This is hard to troubleshoot, since the service is definitely running and working. Any idea on what might have gone wrong here? I can rule out a port error, as I can force this one by changing the port of an existing DB-connection. Thanks for your help in advance!

On the variant explorer (or the process explorer), I'd like to display the total time an activity can take to move to another activity (connection time).

I can count the connections or display an average but not display the total wait time for the entire cases. I can have a huge average but the total number of connections might be very small, or the opposite. So I'd like to see them combined (multiplied) to have an overall view. How do I do that ?

Hi all, I'd like to calculate average duration of the time on a each activity. Does anybody know how to do that? I assume this calculation logic below works but its not so smart.Assumption: we have activity A, B, C, and D. (sum of time spent A to B, A to C, A to D) divided by (Count of A to B, A to C, A to D)... My question is, Does celonis has such as functionality?Can we count the number of case ? (Bold part) Thanks

Further to my exchange with Adrian (Sanchez) I'm approaching you to have some background on your methodology.

Could you please fill in the document attached so that we have better knowledge of the type of tests and the outcome of the tests/ residual anomaly/list of requirements (…) you execute on the standard solution (prior to BioMerieux customization)? We would like to leverage the standard tests executed by Celonis and reduce redundancy on our extend.Could I rely on your feedback by the end of this week?
