 Hello, Actually I have passed 3 out of 4 sections in my first attempt itself but I failed in one section which is Section 2: Process Mining Fundamentals. For this section I failed in my first 2 attempts. So now I want to give it try but I am unable to. So, the instruction say that we have 4 attempts in total. First two and then 2 days cool-off and again last 2 attempts. So now it's been more than 2 days since my last 2 failed attempts but still I haven't got my last 2 attempts, it's saying 0 attempt left.

Now i want to have this number for Change Price as a single KPI number, my idea was to use the count table for the kpi and a Component filter with 'FILTER PROCESS EQUALS 'Change Price''. But it shows me a much larger number. Can pls anyone help me. Thanks in advance, king regards Louis

Hello everyone, I have set up an Action Flow that informs our suppliers regularly and also requires an information import back to us from our supplier. The information flow to the supplier is possible via an Action Flow (Sending of a CSV attachment via Mail). My question is there a possibility for the supplier to send the answer back to Celonis (via a Webook, Web GUI) etc.? I know this is a predestined case for Emporix, however, as this is a very urgent topic, I'm wondering if there are any possibilities with the "normal" Action Flows? Thank you so much! Kind regardsJulia Bauer

Hello, the blue part is supposed to interact with filters that are applied to the entire view and change according to those filters. The green part is NOT supposed to interact with the filters and still stay with the same values.  Is it even possible to make the green part still with the same values and not interact with filters across the view? Note: The blue part is status 1. The green part is status 2. E.g. when I change the filter on April blue part changes values but the green part disappears because the values of the green part are only on the actual month. I'd like to blue part to show other months and the green part only the actual one even when I filter across the view.  

Hi, I need to determine the Cycle time of each activity that is not fully automated to determine the impact of not being fully automated. The Cycle time must be from the activity before the specific activity to the activity after the specific activity. How can I do that without specifically referencing the activity - hence 1 PQL that can apply to all non-fully automated activities.  

We would like to move to KM usage, but we have a lot of legacy analysis to be linked to KM. Ideally we would like to develop a code that could update reference from local KPI to KM kpi? E.g. from KPI("CT AVG") to KPI("CT_AVG").  I can identify approximate cases where update needs to happen, but I cannot really find if it is possible (and how) to do the update of KPI name in the component itself.
