[Salesforce Extractor - Pseudonymization] Hi guys, assuming that the SFDC extractor is within the celonis cloud, it seems to us that non-pseudonymized data is at least for some period of time brought to the celonis cloud before it gets hashed. If this understanding is correct, would you know for how long would that be storaged (is the non-pseudonymized deleted at some point?) and how can we make sure that this information could not be accessed at all at anytime? Thanks a lot
Hi Philip, if users select to pseudonymize data, Celonis requests source system data, then pseudonymizes it upon receipt and eventually converts it into parquet format before providing it in the Celonis Cloud. After extracting data, we pseudonymize it right away and do not store it before pseudonymization. Non-pseudonymized data would not be written into the underlying Celonis Cloud database. Therefore, non-pseudonymized data is neither stored nor accessible by Celonis users if it is selected to be pseudonymized.
Thanks Moritz! In the meeting today with the customer I assume that you can take the questions related to pseudonymization performed in the connector. Can you?
