Dropdown filter for cases which include certain activity

Hello,I am trying to create a dropdown filter, where users can select activities and get all cases which pass through these activities. I tried 2 versions:Using CASE WHEN and returning TABLE.ACTIVITY when it fits a certain pattern (with e.g. TABLE.ACTIVITY LIKE String%Example%). The problem here is that if I select any activity in the filter, my report is filtered just for the date of that activity and not the whole process chain. I.e. if I have a case that spans over 4 months, this filtering will only return that month when the activity happened.Using CASE WHEN with PROCESS EQUALS and listing 1 activity in each WHEN option. It looks something like this:CASEWHEN PROCESS EQUALS Activity A THEN Activity AWHEN PROCESS EQUALS Activity B THEN Activity BELSE NULLENDHowever this filter doesnt work with other filters and presents only 1 option. If I filter for some specific case which includes 5 of listed activities, this filter only allows me to select the first listed option. So filtering e.

Dear Community, is there a way to customize the CPM4 Help Page that you get, when you click on your user name and then Help? Payment terms mismatch

Dears, Im trying to calculate Payment terms mismatch. For MM related Invoices,Payment terms should be equal to PO payment terms.For this motivation, Im trying to obtain the field EKKO.ZTERM to compare it against BSEG.ZTERM. But Im block because of no not have a common parent in the schema message.I try different approaches using pullout functions but Im stuck . Count Item based on Header filter

Hello,I try to count the number of sales order items based on a filter on headers.I manage to do that:SUM(CASEWHEN VBAK.BSARK NOT IN (ZWEB, DFUE, ZMYP, ZMWS, ZTEL, ZPBI)AND VBAK.ERNAM NOT IN (BZTLK, BTS16)AND VBAK.VBTYP = CTHEN 1ELSE 0END)But it only counts sales orders and not sales order items.Note that I manage to do it with a Pivot Table (since we can choose on KPI to count VBAP or VBAK) but I also want to have percentages on the same OLAP table.Thank you in advanceAntoine

Bold entry variable input

Hi All,Currently I have a dropdown button with manual entries. All of these entries set two variables, of which one concerns the name of the selected entry.Preferred value to set for the name:Exclude Invoice Value of Zero: YesHowever, so far I didnt find a way to get this Yes in bold. Remapping work days

Hi,I have a problem that was addressed in another topic however, I have tried the solution and it did not work.Basically i would like to sum up the euro value of invoices that have been completed within 2 working days. We dont have the calendar table in our data model so using the working day formula does not work and therefor I have tried the below work around that has been suggested. Nested variables

Hi there I would like to use nested variables:I have a dropdown button with two items: 'dont filter and filter according to parameters.When I choose the option dont filter I, well, dont want to apply filtering on certain components.When I choose the option 'filter according to parameters I want to apply a filter that also takes one or more other variables into account.Currently I have a variable that I use for filtering, where the variant including filters looks something like this:FILTER "MY_TABLE"."MY_COL" > <%= myvar %>;However, this does not seem to work as the myvar variable is not replaced by the value of the variable.Any ideas how I can have a filter that is disabled, or executed using other variable(s)?

Customer Hierarchy levels

Dear Celonis Community, I have a tricky statement to built and could not find a solution yet - maybe one of you have a nice idea! In our company we have so-called local customer hierarchy which is used on the one hand for grouping of customers and have settings on higher level than customer number. On the other hand used for reporting on different levels. This hierarchy is our a-level-hierarchy and it is usually used by the local affiliates. Technically the assignment can be found in entries from KNVH, where KNVH-HITYP = A. When reporting in headquarters a-level-hierarchy-numbers are grouped into f-level-hierarchy (also called GCN=GlobalCustomerNumber) and reporting is based on f-level. Technically the assignment can be found in entries from KNVH, where KNVH-HITYP = F. Basically as not always the lowest level of a-level-hierarchy is assigned to the lowest level of f-level-hierarchy, I have to check every a-level-value against the lowest level of f-level-hierarchy. Calculate average number of activities for croped selection

Dear Colleagues,I am trying to calculate average workload for a selected subprocess within the whole process.For that I wish to assess the average number of activities between specificed SOURCE and TARGET.It should show that from the moment invoice is received by AP accountant up till the moment invoice is posted, certain number of additional steps has to be executed. Load Script - using a case when statement

Hi All,I am looking to build a case when statement in the load script area. Basically, I am building an analysis where certain local markets want to exclude fields . For example, for the Germany local market, we would like to exclude all FI vendors starting with 3 and in Spain they want exclude all real estate invoices, and so on and so on.As these filters will apply to the entire spreadsheet, I was hoping to write the code into the load script area, for ease of use, instead of each olap table but I am getting an error. Is this because you cannot write case when statement in the load script setting? And if not, can you please propose a workaround?Thank you,Anna

Pull up over multiple tables

We have a data structure with case, activity, customer and contact tables.A contact is linked to a customer (N:1),A customer is linked to an activity (1:N),An activity is linked to a case (N:1).A case can be executed for multiple customers, hence this relationship structure of customers linked to activities.The challenge/question is to count the number of contacts for a customer of a specific case.Bonus challenge: only select those contacts that fall within the case runtime (which are attributes in the case table).The problem were facing is the famous no common parent between tables could be found error, and we believe the even more famous PULL UP functions could help us, combined with a DOMAIN_TABLE possibly. However, the relationship is such that we cannot just access a parent or grandparent table, but need to go to the parent (case) of a sibling table (activity) of our child table (contact), through customer which is our direct parent.In our example Customer is the parent table of b

Hi,I am trying to calculate payments terms in an Accounts Payable Analysis. Creating Table that includes vendors that operate in at least 2 distinct markets

Hi,I am trying to create a table that will show me which vendors operate in two different markets one of them being Spain. Find out how to how to use fuzzy matching to find duplicates and save money using the Celonis Intelligent Business Cloud and Python. We have noticed that the algorithm detects false positives. In the algorithm, this might happen because we do fuzzy matching and searching. Now the users like to flag these false positives in the sheet. Moreover, they want the flags they made to be visible for other users using the sheet. How would you implement such a flagging system?One idea we had was creating an additional column in the table that can be adjusted by users in the frontend. In this way, the adjustments could be visible for all the users. Does somebody have any idea whether this is possible?Happy to hear your thought

Unique cases sum in aggregation

Pivot: aggregation within a day on CASE ID, correctly displaying on month and year level

Hi everyone!I want to build a pivot table with year as pivot, month and day as dimentions and the KPI that counts distinct CASE_IDs within the day but just simply sums them up for month or year.So my daily KPI looks at the moment likeCOUNT(DISTINCT (CASE WHEN table1.Activity1"=A then table1.CASE_ID ELSE NULL END))The problem is that I want a simple sum of daily counts for the months and years result. [ISSUE] Data Extraction - Datatype of column <COLUMN> changed from <DATA TYPE 1> to <DATA TYPE2>

Hello, Good day. We had setup a continuous data flow connection from PROD SAP ECC to Extractor Server to Celonis IBC. When running the extraction, we are encountering this kind of error. Metadata changed for table BKPF. Datatype of the column REINDAT changed from DATE to STRING. See screenshot below: CELONIS_IBC_DeltaLoadError3.PNG1080233 51.9 KB Weird thing is when we use the exact same data pool pointing to the TEST SAP ECC system, the extractions works.
