Hi, we are developing a usecase in which we want to automaticaly import a csv / excel on daily base from a fileshare. Until now we have only worked with scheduled databse connections or manual file upload. Is there any possibility to automate a daily csv import into a datamodel? kind regards Benedikt

Hi Team,This is my first post. Please let me know if this is not the place to post a question like this. I need help with a statement.I want to know how I can convert this statement: max("_CEL_AR_ACTIVITIES"."_CELONIS_CHANGE_DATE") to a timestamp in CST. I have put this in a text component.The statement above works, but I have to keep telling my users that take that time and minus 5 hours. It always causes my team to break for a second and do that math, :).I would like it if I can just have it converted to CST if possible. Thanks in advance.Paresh

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to Celonis. We have the O2C process loaded (SAP ECC), with, as I understand, more or less standard activities defined. Now, one of the business stakeholders asked me if we can add pricing data. In particular he would like to have the data from Conditions tab of the Display item details: Active / Condition type / amount and so on. As far as I can see the data there is coming from KOMV, which is a so called structure. Do I understand correctly that loading such a structure directly to IBC is not possible? Or is there a way? Hello, i have uploaded the input data through File uploads option within my data pool and i havent connected to any Database / connectors. Now when i created a data job and tried to do extraction task, it requires a data connection to do extraction. My question is how to do extraction task with just file uploads and not a data connection setup? is it even possible ? or do i need import the data to a database and do the extraction? please help

The result of the MONTH() function is a number (1-12). However, we would like to show this a jan, feb, etc. Is there a function/way to do this easily (were on-premise 4.5) that Im overlooking, or should I build a custom formula to do this translation?

Hi,Im searching for a solution (coding statement example) to identify O2C cases where the same activity was executed multiple times but in different posting periods, e.g. in a third party sales the posting of the statistical goods receipts.The cases where the activity Im interested in was executed multiple times can easily identified viay the process flow selection: activity Post PGR is anytime followed by Post PGR, but how to achieve a single row which identfies the orders where this activity happened for different posting periods. As the timestamp (e.g the month) of the activity doesnt necessarily equals the posting period Ive already added the posting period to the activity table. Does anyone can help me with this, ideally I want to show in the analysis the first or last posting period together with the case key ?CheersChris

Were trying to create a chart with a line per year (e.g. KPI x in 2019, 2018, etc.).In Celonis this means adding one KPI per year. (if not, please advise how!)How can we easily filter the data within a KPI definition, for instance like such (which didnt work obviously):FILTER YEAR(table.column) = 2019; KPI_X()Our current approach is to extend KPI_X with a parameter (Year), which is used as a filter in a CASE WHEN statement within the KPI_X definition. However, it feels like a complex solution to a simple problem. Hence this sanity check question, whether were overlooking an easy route.BTW: were on premise, version 4.5

Hi everyone,I need a KPI in a form:if X then Aif Y then Bif (X or Y) then (A+B)else null end;As I want to use it in an olap as dimention (first column) where the other KPIs deliver values for A,B and A+B, it is is not the optimal solution to split it into two tables (looks not good).It seems for me, it is not possible to use CASE WHEN as it uses ELSE after the first condition and automatically excludes the A+B.Do you know if there is a solution?Best,Maria

In OLAP we can hide the dimensions, I dont see such option for example for column chart. In our case we want to sort payment terms with their due date from earliest to latest (so 00 is due immediately, 30 is due in 30 days etc.) But now we need show a combination of payment term and this additional number with days). Hi Team,We are trying to build a dashboard to monitor our Conformance modules across analyses. We want to see in an OLAP table, the throughput times or the longer by/shorter by timefor each of the violations.Is there a way by which I can use the Conformance formula to find the throughput time for different violations in an OLAP Table? Right now I am successfully able to pull the list of violations using the readable command on the Conformance formula using Petri nets. However, the throughput time I add to the table is different from the ones that I see on my Conformance Module.Please let me know if that is possibleThanks in advance

Dear Celonis Community,I am trying to count how many invoices have single line items, and how many have more then 2, 3, etc.I am able to get the formula to work when i create a OLAP table as per the below:image744307 5.36 KBThe Dimension = BSEG."_CASE_KEY"KPI = COUNT_TABLE(BSEG)In the third column I have the below code that produces the correct result as indicated in my table.case when COUNT(BSEG."_CASE_KEY")=1 then 1 else 0 endHowever, my intention is to count the total number of cases where invoice has only 1 line item. When i remove the dimension of Case_Key and replace it with CASES.CompanyCode, it produces a zero value.I have tried different statements such as:COUNT(CASE WHEN PU_COUNT(CASES, BSEG."_CASE_KEY") = 1THEN BSEG."_CASE_KEY"ELSE NULLEND)But this only produces a count of 0.Can you please advise what i am doing wrong, and how i can correct for this error.Thanks,Anna
