Knowledge Hub (2024-02-23)

New content for Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and more (Limited Availability)

Knowledge Hub, part of the Process Intelligence Graph, is a centralized, integrated, curated knowledge repository where you can browse, prepare, and validate knowledge before using it across all of Celonis. Knowledge Hub provides a common schema for how business concepts and objects relate, with streamlined creation and validation of knowledge, and AI annotations to enrich data and empower faster insights. With these capabilities you can speed up KPI validation and achieve faster time to value.

Knowledge Hub was released in early access late last year with out-of-the-box knowledge for Accounts Payable, and we've been working to add more process knowledge. You can now access the top metrics for the Order Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement processes, along with universal cross-process content, and Accounts Receivable is following soon. Any of the assets in Knowledge Hub can be reused directly in Studio when you're building applications and views - you can include an asset by referencing its ID. Based on feedback we've also made some enhancements to the UI for filters, processes, and business concepts.

Knowledge Hub is in Limited Availability status. To try out the feature, you'll need a Celonis license that includes object-centric process mining. Talk to your Celonis point of contact to find out more.
