Is there any use case using Service Now connector ? I want to see how Celonis was able to bring value.

Yes, our use case is around reassignment with the goal that we assign tickets to the right queue the first time. Note: this is part of incident management.

Hi Leslie, thanks for the answer. We are trying to identify users tickets track, but we became with an issue that Celonis will only pull a limited (5~20k) record set from ServiceNow. Did you have the same issue ? Do you know if there is any documentation about how to get Celonis connectors to continue to pull data beyond the ~20k ?

Hi Cristina,

 

There is limit to extract data in lower environments but not in PROD. We have implemented Service now in production so did not face this issue. Also, my team suggested that you check the user Id configured for extraction has sufficient permissions or not.

Thanks for the answer. Indeed we are testing in dev environment. So should exist some restrictions. Unfortunately, we will only move to production once we prove that works in dev.
