If a client has already designed their TO-BE business processes, is it possible to ingest their data into their designed TO-BE processes, in order to confirm/simulate how the processes would perform before being implements?

Hi @mpho.mathe,
You could do two things:
- If their to-be process is in the BPMN notation, you could use the Conformance Checker (celonis.com). In this case, you can see to which regard the current process is following their To-be standards
- If their to-be process is almost the same as their current process, you could use Process Simulation to make a digital twin of the process. Next you will create a scenario where the process branches are changes as in the to-be situation (see Branches (celonis.com)). You should now be able to see the expected process behavior after applying the changes.
For both solutions there are courses available in the Celonis Academy.
