I created action flow and now i am trying to add email module to celonis query Data module. I am unable to add email to email module as it is showing it is restricted by our company laptop, Is there any possibility or alternative to send mails.

Hi Uma,

yes Celonis needs permission to your email to send emails using your company domain, the alternative is to use a trigger so the email will be sent from noreply celonis email, for that you don't need permission:

instruction you could follow here: Send Email created by Celonis

Hey Uma,

I agree with @Rashid Laamouri. It is sending Emails by Celonis Mailing Server. Normally you have daily limit 100 Emails. For this you don't need any additional permission.

You need Action Flow + Skill as in snip below as basis. In Skill you can also use the Catch Hook instead of Manual Sensor.

A tip from me, you can download the ready blueprints of the prebuilt Action Flows from the market and apply some of the modules for your project.

Good luck.

In addition to the above suggested solutions, after creating the skill, you can use Celonis Process automation skill module in Action Flows to send your query data module output via email

Hi @magdalena.silak11 As mentioned above you can use the Celonis Mailing Server for sending Emails from noreply@celonismail.com Email address. it is also possible to use this Action Flow sending an Attachments such as PDF. The Action Flow will make a snip from the Reports and send it as PDF file or the OLAP as a HTML Email.
