Community FAQ: How do I submit a ticket to Support?
Answer:
If you are a customer or a partner, you have access to Celonis Support Center in Celopeers. If Celopeers community could not answer your question or you have an issue that pertains to sensitive or confidential information/data, then you are advised to navigate to the “Support” button from the top navigation bar and click on “Support Center” to open a support ticket.
Create Support Ticket: You have four options to create a support ticket.
- Incident
- Question
- Service Request
- Feature Request
You also have the option to view your previously submitted support tickets.
