Hello, 

the blue part is supposed to interact with filters that are applied to the entire view and change according to those filters.

The green part is NOT supposed to interact with the filters and still stay with the same values. 

Is it even possible to make the green part still with the same values and not interact with filters across the view?

Note: The blue part is status 1. The green part is status 2. E.g. when I change the filter on April blue part changes values but the green part disappears because the values of the green part are only on the actual month. I'd like to blue part to show other months and the green part only the actual one even when I filter across the view.
